Seller Agreement

1. Your relationship with us

You sell as an independent party. Nothing here creates employment, partnership, agency or a joint venture between you and The Muse Technology EOOD. You set your own price within the limits the platform allows.

2. What you promise about what you upload

• You own the document or hold all rights necessary to sell and licence it through DocMuse.
• The document does not infringe copyright, trademark, database, privacy or any other right.
• It contains no third party's personal data, no confidential or client material, and no malware.
• Its description, language, country and purpose tags are accurate and not misleading.
• The document and its sale comply with the laws that apply to you.

3. Licence you grant us

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store the file, generate watermarked previews, produce filled-out copies for buyers, and market the listing, for as long as it is listed plus the period we must keep order records.

Each buyer receives the personal, non-transferable end-user licence described in the Terms of Service. You keep ownership of your document.

4. Revenue split and payouts

• You receive 50% of the listed document price of each completed sale; DocMuse retains 50%. The split is calculated on the listed price, before our service fee and before any VAT or sales tax collected from the buyer.
• Our service fee shown to the buyer at checkout is separate from the document price and is not shared.
• Payment processing fees and refunded, charged-back or fraudulent orders are deducted or reversed from your balance.
• Payouts run through Stripe. You must create and complete verification of a Stripe payout account before your documents can be published; your share of each sale is transferred to that account automatically at the time of purchase, and paid out to your bank on Stripe's payout schedule.
• Stripe may hold, delay or block payouts where its identity, verification or risk requirements are not met. Keeping your Stripe account details accurate and up to date is your responsibility.

5. Tax

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any income tax, VAT, social contributions or other charges arising from your earnings, and for your own invoicing obligations. We may collect tax information where the law requires it.

6. Review, moderation and takedown

Uploads are reviewed before they go live, but that review is a basic quality check only and creates no responsibility on our side for the content. We may reject, edit metadata for, unpublish or permanently remove any listing at any time — including on receipt of an infringement notice, on legal advice, or where a document generates disproportionate complaints or refunds.

Repeated infringement leads to account termination and forfeiture of pending balances derived from the infringing listings.

7. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless The Muse Technology EOOD, its manager and staff against any claim, demand, loss, fine or reasonable legal cost arising from a document you uploaded, from a breach of the warranties above, or from your dealings with buyers.

8. Versions and buyer entitlements

You may publish new versions of a document. Buyers keep access to the exact version they purchased; a new version does not remove or alter what was already delivered.

9. Termination

Either side may end this Agreement at any time. On termination we unlist your documents, keep records required by law, and pay out any undisputed balance. Buyer licences already granted survive.
