Every document, description, tag and how-to guide on DocMuse is general information. None of it is legal, tax, immigration, employment, medical or financial advice, and none of it is tailored to your circumstances. No lawyer-client or adviser-client relationship is created by buying or reading anything here.

No guarantee of acceptance

Requirements change constantly and differ between offices, municipalities and countries. We do not guarantee that a document is the current official version, that it is complete for your purpose, or that any authority, court, bank, employer or counterparty will accept it.

Verify the current requirements with the body you are dealing with before you submit anything.

Third-party documents

Many documents are uploaded by independent sellers. They are responsible for what they upload. We do not review documents for legal validity, accuracy or fitness for purpose, and listing a document is not an endorsement of it.

Official forms and trademarks

Where a document reproduces an official form, DocMuse is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the issuing authority. Official forms may also be obtainable free of charge from the authority itself; what you pay for here is the convenience of finding, filling out and receiving a ready PDF. Names and marks of authorities and organisations belong to their owners and are used only to identify the document.

Signatures on documents

Where you type your name into a signature field, the result is a simple electronic signature within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS): it expresses intent, but it is not identity-verified, timestamped by a trust service, or backed by a qualified certificate. Many authorities, banks, notaries and courts require a handwritten (wet-ink) signature or a qualified electronic signature (QES) instead, and no electronic signature has legal effect where the law requires a specific form.

Documents marked “Print & sign” leave their signature lines blank on purpose: print the document and sign it by hand.

Where we offer a QES add-on, DocMuse acts solely as an intermediary. The qualified signature is created by an independent qualified trust service provider, which issues the certificate to you, verifies your identity by its own means and is responsible for the signature under its own terms and under Regulation (EU) No 910/2014. DocMuse is not a trust service provider, performs no identity verification, and gives no warranty as to whether a particular recipient will accept the signature.

The signing fee is passed on to you at cost: you pay what the provider charges us for that signature, together with the VAT and card-processing costs it attracts, and DocMuse adds no margin of its own. What DocMuse earns from the purchase is the price of the document itself.

It is always your responsibility to check what form of signature the recipient of the document requires.

Your responsibility

You decide whether a document suits your situation, you supply the information typed into it, and you are responsible for what you sign and submit. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
