Terms of Service

1. Who we are

DocMuse is operated by The Muse Technology EOOD („Музата Технолоджи“ ЕООД), UIC 208583457, seat and registered address Mladost 3, bl. 316, entr. 2, fl. 8, ap. 45, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, represented by its manager Venelin Lyudmilov Smukov. Contact: main@themusetechnology.com.

DocMuse is an online marketplace for document templates. It is not a law firm, a notary, a tax adviser or a government agency, and it is not affiliated with any authority whose forms may be listed.

2. What we actually provide

We provide access to document files supplied either by us or by third-party sellers, an online tool that types your answers into those files, and delivery of the resulting PDF.

We do not draft your document for you, do not check whether a document fits your situation, and do not verify that a document is current, complete or acceptable to any authority. That assessment is yours.

3. No legal or professional advice

Nothing on DocMuse — a document, a preview, a tag, a how-to guide, a support reply — is legal, tax, immigration, financial or other professional advice, and using the service creates no lawyer-client or adviser-client relationship.

Where the stakes are meaningful, consult a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction before you rely on a document.

4. Buying and delivery

No account is required to buy. You give an email address, pay the displayed total (document price plus our service fee), and receive an immediate download plus a backup link by email that stays live for 7 days.

Every price shown on DocMuse is the final amount you pay: it includes our service fee and any applicable VAT or sales tax for your country. Nothing is added at the payment step.

Payment is processed by our payment provider, which calculates the applicable tax and handles payment disputes. We never receive or store your card details. The receipt or VAT invoice is issued by us, not by them, and is emailed to you with your download.

5. Your licence to use a document

On payment you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the document for your own matter (or the matter of your own client or organisation, if you bought it in that capacity).

• You may fill it in, print it, sign it and submit it as many times as your own matter requires.
• You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share as a template, or upload the file to another marketplace.
• You may not remove or obscure any authorship or copyright notice in the file.

6. Payment, refunds and withdrawal

Documents are digital content delivered immediately. Before paying you must confirm that you request immediate delivery and that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU.

Once the file has been made available for download, the sale is final. We still correct our own failures — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices are quoted with VAT included where VAT applies. The Muse Technology EOOD is registered for VAT in Bulgaria under BG208583457. Every purchase is emailed a receipt. If you are buying for a company, or ask for one at checkout, you are issued a numbered VAT invoice instead; a valid VAT number from another EU country means the invoice carries no VAT and you account for it yourself. Because payment is made by card, the same document also registers the sale under Article 52o of Ordinance H-18, and carries a sale number, your order number and the payment reference. We currently sell inside the European Union only.

7. Accounts and sellers

If you create an account you are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. Selling on DocMuse is additionally governed by the Seller Agreement and the Acceptable Use & IP Policy.

We may suspend or close any account, and delist any document, at any time — including where we believe content infringes rights, breaks the law, or exposes us or buyers to risk.

8. Availability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it. Download links expire 7 days after purchase; keep your own copy of the file.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a document or order is limited to the amount you paid for that document.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost opportunity, missed deadlines, rejected applications, fines, penalties, or any decision an authority or counterparty makes about a document you submitted.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and mandatory consumer rights under Bulgarian and EU law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a document, or content you upload as a seller.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your order governs that order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes go to the competent Bulgarian courts, except that a consumer may also sue, and may only be sued, in the courts of their country of residence where EU law so provides.

Consumers may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (https://kzp.bg) or to an alternative dispute resolution body in their own country.
