Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Immediate delivery and the 14-day right

EU and Bulgarian consumer law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins with your express consent.

That is why the checkout asks you to confirm that you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal. We record the moment you confirm it, together with your order.

Where a refund is made, it covers the full amount you were charged, VAT included.

2. When we do refund

In these cases we first try to redeliver or replace the file. If that fails, we refund in full to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.

• The file is corrupt, unreadable or will not open.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You received a different document from the one you bought.
• A technical fault on our side stopped you from downloading and we cannot fix it.

3. When we do not refund

• You changed your mind after downloading, or bought the wrong document by mistake.
• An authority, employer, landlord or counterparty rejected or did not accept your document.
• The document does not fit your situation, jurisdiction or language — check the description, tags and preview before you buy.
• You filled in wrong information. Where the document is still available to you, you may fill it in again yourself.
• Where a qualified electronic signature (QES) add-on is offered, once the signing process with the trust service provider has started — it is a service performed immediately for you personally.

4. Cancelling before payment

An order that has not been paid simply expires; nothing is charged. If a payment shows as pending and no download ever arrives, contact us and we will cancel it.

5. Effect of a refund

When we refund an order, the download link stops working immediately and any licence to use the document ends. The seller's share of that sale is reversed.

6. How to ask

Email main@themusetechnology.com from the address you used at checkout, with the order date and the document title. We reply within 5 business days.
