Withdraw from a purchase

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days for as long as its download has not started. Withdrawing ends the contract: we close the download link at once and refund the full amount to the card you paid with.

Every order email has a link to withdraw from that purchase. Lost it? Enter the email address you bought with, and we will send the link for each purchase you can still withdraw from.
