Questions and answers
The things worth knowing before you buy, in one place.
Buying a form
- Do I need an account to buy a form?
- No. You fill the form in, pay, and the document is on the next screen. We send the download link to the email address you give at checkout, so the address is the only thing we need. An account is useful afterwards — it keeps your invoices and past purchases in one place — but nothing about buying requires one.
- What exactly do I pay?
- The price of the document plus a small service fee, both shown before you pay and both including VAT. Nothing is added afterwards, there is no subscription, and the card is charged once.
- What do I actually get?
- A PDF. If the form can be filled in online, you get it completed with your answers, ready to print or send. If you would rather write on it yourself, you can buy the blank original instead — the choice is yours at checkout, and the page shows you which of the two you are buying.
- How long does my download link work?
- Seven days. The same link is in the email we send, so it survives closing the tab. If you have an account, the document and its invoice stay on your purchases page after the link expires.
- Can I get an invoice?
- Yes. Every purchase produces a receipt, or a proper invoice if you enter a company name and VAT number at checkout. Both arrive by email and stay available on your purchases page.
The documents
- Are these official documents?
- They are ready-made versions of documents people need for real situations — what you would otherwise write from scratch or hunt for on an agency website. We are not a government body and we do not file anything on your behalf. Whether an institution accepts a particular document is their decision, not ours.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. We sell documents, not advice. If your situation is unusual or a lot turns on it, the money you spend on an hour with a lawyer is better spent than the money you spend here.
- What language are the forms in?
- Most are Bulgarian, because that is where the catalogue started. The site itself reads in Bulgarian, English and Polish, and each form's page tells you which language the document is written in.
- Can I see the form before I pay?
- Yes. Every form page shows the document itself, page by page. If it can be filled in online, what you type appears on the preview as you go, so you can see the finished thing before paying for it.
Signing
- Do I need an electronic signature?
- Usually not. Most of these documents are printed and signed by hand, which is why we deliver them with their signature areas left blank rather than filling in a typed name that an office might refuse.
- I already have a qualified electronic signature. Can I use it here?
- Yes, and it works today. Because the signature areas arrive blank, a certificate you already hold can sign the file exactly as it is. Any qualified certificate in the EU works — your provider does not have to be one we name — and the site has step-by-step instructions for the Bulgarian and Polish providers plus the general routes: an app on your phone, a program on your computer, a website you log into, or a card or USB token you plug in.
- Is an electronic signature as good as a handwritten one?
- A qualified electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature across the EU, under the eIDAS Regulation. That is the signature your trust service provider creates — we provide the document, not the signature.
- I do not have an electronic signature. What now?
- Print the document and sign it by hand, which is what most people do and what these documents are prepared for. We are also arranging for a qualified signature to be orderable here through a trust service provider, for people who need one and do not hold one.
Money and support
- How do I pay, and do you keep my card details?
- By card, through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us — we are told the payment succeeded and nothing more.
- Can I get a refund?
- A downloadable document is delivered the moment you pay, and you agree to that at checkout, which is what ends the usual fourteen-day withdrawal right for this kind of purchase. We do refund when something went wrong on our side — a file that will not open, a document that is not what its page described, a duplicate charge. The refunds policy sets out each case, and writing to us is the way to start.
- Something is wrong with my document. Who do I talk to?
- Write to us at the address on the operator information page. Tell us the order and what went wrong, and we will fix it or refund it.
Selling your own forms
- Can I sell documents here?
- Not yet. Seller accounts are not open, but the page about selling has a list you can put your address on, and we will write to you the day they are.
