- Authorisation to register at a home on the padrón (Spain)Registering on the padrón, Spain's municipal register of residents, is free at your town hall, in person or on its electronic office, with its own form (hoja padronal); you do not need DocMuse for it. This Spanish document, in Spanish, is only the authorisation many town halls ask for when the person registering has no contract in their name: it is signed by someone already registered at the home who holds a right over it or, if nobody is registered, by the home's holder, and names each person authorised. Hand it in at the town hall with the form and the copies it asks for.
- Proxy for the owners' meeting of a building (Spain)For the owner of a flat or premises in a building under horizontal property in Spain who cannot attend the community's meeting: the signed document appointing another person to attend, speak and vote on the owner's behalf at a specific ordinary or extraordinary meeting, with voting instructions if wanted. A document signed by the owner is enough (article 15.1 of the Spanish Horizontal Property Act); no notary is needed. Handed to the representative. In Spanish.
