- Note excusing a pupil's absence from school (Poland)A parent's or legal guardian's written note to the class teacher excusing a child's absence from a Polish school: the pupil's name, class, the days missed, the reason — illness, a doctor's appointment, family matters, a trip — and a statement that the absence was with the parent's knowledge. The school's statute sets how and by when absences are excused, and may also accept a message through the electronic register.
