- Authorisation to collect a document, parcel or certificate (Spain)For someone who cannot collect a parcel, registered letter, document or certificate in person and asks another person to do it. Correos, courier companies and many Spanish bodies have their own free authorisation form: if they ask for it, use theirs. This authorisation states what is collected, where and until when, and the authorised person shows it with their ID and a copy of the principal’s identity document. Both people sign. In Spanish.
- Authorisation (special power of attorney) for a single act (Spain)For someone who cannot attend to one matter in person and asks another person to do a single act: file a document, sign for keys, attend a meeting, hand in paperwork. Many Spanish bodies have their own form or an online power in their electronic office, both free: if they require it, use theirs. The authorisation describes the act, where it is done and until when it is valid, and excludes anything needing a notarial power. Both people sign it, and the authorised person carries it with their ID. In Spanish.
- Private mandate (simple power of attorney) for everyday errands (Spain)A general power of attorney for a bank or the Land Registry is granted before a notary in Spain (article 1280.5 of the Spanish Civil Code), and DocMuse does not sell one. This private mandate is for someone who asks a relative or trusted person to run everyday errands with individuals, companies and offices that accept it: collecting documents, raising utility complaints, dealing with the building administrator. It lists the errands, sets how long it lasts and excludes selling or charging property. Both sign it with a copy of their ID. In Spanish.
- Parents’ authorisation for a minor’s trip (Spain)The travel permission declaration a minor needs to leave Spain without either parent is free from the Policía Nacional and the Guardia Civil: you do not need DocMuse for it, and this letter does not replace it. This Spanish authorisation is for parents who entrust their child to a grandparent, relative, teacher or group for a trip within Spain, or let the child travel with one parent only. It names the companion, the dates and the destination; the parents sign it, attach a copy of their ID, and the child carries it. In Spanish.
