- Resolution appointing an SRL's administrator (Moldova)The decision of the sole member, or the resolution of the general meeting, by which a Moldovan limited liability company (SRL) appoints its administrator (Law no. 135/2007): the name and IDNP, the term of office, the start date, the pay and, where relevant, the removal of the previous administrator. A separate statement lets the new administrator accept, and it empowers someone to register the change with the Public Services Agency (ASP).

- Resolution changing an SRL's registered office (Moldova)The decision of the sole member, or the resolution of the general meeting, by which a Moldovan limited liability company (SRL) changes its registered office (Law no. 135/2007, Civil Code art. 183). It approves the new address, states the company's right to use the premises — a lease, a loan for use or ownership — amends the act of incorporation where it states the office, and empowers someone to register the change with the Public Services Agency (ASP) and publish the notice in the Official Gazette. ASP's application form is free on asp.gov.md.
