Acknowledgment of debt (Romania)
The statement in which a debtor in Romania acknowledges in writing owing a sum to a creditor: how much, for what, when it falls due and on what schedule it is paid. The acknowledgment interrupts limitation, and a new period starts after it (arts. 2537 and 2541 of the Civil Code); notarised, it becomes an enforcement title.
Administrator's declaration of acceptance and eligibility (Romania)
The declaration on their own responsibility by the person appointed administrator of a Romanian company: they accept the mandate, meet the legal conditions, have not been banned by a final court judgment from being a company founder — a ban that, under Law no. 31/1990, also bars them from being an administrator — and have no conflicting role. The trade register asks for it at every appointment, and a false declaration is a criminal offence (art. 326 of the Criminal Code).
Employer's reference letter (Romania)
The letter in which a Romanian employer recommends a current or former employee: the period and position, the main duties, the results and qualities worth pointing out, and a contact person who can confirm them. Unlike the seniority certificate, a reference is voluntary — this lets an employer give one without writing it from scratch.
