It approves the new address, states the company's right to use the premises — a lease, a loan for use or ownership — amends the act of incorporation where it states the office, and empowers someone to register the change with the Public Services Agency (ASP) and publish the notice in the Official Gazette. ASP's application form is free on asp.gov.md.
