Austria · in German
An open-ended contract of employment (Dienstvertrag) for salaried employees or workers in Austria, in German, carrying every item the Dienstzettel must state under the Austrian Employment Contract Law Adaptation Act (§ 2 AVRAG) as amended on 28 March 2024: seat, job and a short description of the work, collective agreement and pay group, probation month, working time and overtime, pay, leave under the Leave Act (UrlG), notice periods under § 20 AngG and § 1159 ABGB, the termination procedure, the severance fund (Abfertigung neu) and the social insurer.
Managing director's service contract for a GmbH (Germany)
Germany · in German
The service contract between a German GmbH or UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and its managing director (Geschäftsführer), separate from the appointment by shareholders' resolution. It covers duties and transactions needing the shareholders' consent, start and place of work, salary and variable pay, sick pay, holiday, a non-compete during the contract, confidentiality, termination and garden leave after removal from office. It records the director's shareholding and says when the director is insured as an employee: without shares always; a shareholder-director is self-employed only with a majority or a blocking minority over all company business. In German.
Open-ended residential lease (Greece)
Greece · in Greek
A Greek residential lease between private individuals with no end date: the property, the rent and its adjustment, the deposit, running costs, duties and the move-in and move-out records. Even an open-ended lease runs at least three years under Greek law (Law 1703/1987); after that it ends by written notice under Article 609 of the Greek Civil Code, with the notice period the lease sets, at the end of a calendar month. It includes an early-exit clause for the tenant, the landlord's lease declaration to the tax authority (ΑΑΔΕ) by both parties' tax numbers, and rent paid only by bank transfer, which Law 5222/2025 will make compulsory.
Parent's request to excuse a pupil's absences (Romania)
Romania · in Romanian · for parents
The request in which a parent in Romania asks for a child's absences for family reasons to be excused: the period, the number of hours and the reason. The framework regulation for pre-university schools (ROFUIP) allows absences to be excused on a parent's written request approved by the head, for no more than 40 hours a school year and no more than a fifth of one subject's hours, and the request says so. It ends with a space for the head's approval.
Resolution appointing an SRL's administrator (Romania)
Romania · in Romanian
The resolution of the sole member or the general meeting by which a Romanian SRL appoints its administrator: who, for how long, with what powers and pay, and, where there is one, whose mandate ends. It calls for the appointee's declaration of acceptance and eligibility, and empowers someone to file with the trade register, from which point the appointment binds third parties.
Non-disclosure agreement (Bulgaria)
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
Signed before negotiations, before taking on a subcontractor, or before giving access to internal information. What matters is not the prohibition itself but the three things around it: what exactly counts as confidential, which exceptions are recognised, and how long the duty lasts after the relationship ends. An agreement without those three is hard to enforce.
Lease of an unfurnished home (France)
France · in French
For the landlord and tenant of an unfurnished home let as the tenant's main residence in France. The model contract, compulsory since 1 October 2026 (décret n° 2026-596), is published free on Légifrance; this French lease follows its headings, ready to fill in: a term of three or six years depending on the landlord, rent, yearly review by the IRL index, service charges, a one-month deposit, the termination clause that applies six weeks after an unanswered formal demand to pay, and an optional section for rent control. In French, printed in one original per party and signed by each.
Post-employment non-compete agreement (zakaz konkurencji) (Poland)
Poland · in Polish
An agreement under which an employee with access to particularly important information undertakes not to compete with the employer for a set time after leaving. The employer pays compensation of at least 25% of the pay received before the employment ended, for a period equal to the ban. It must be in writing on pain of nullity, and stops binding when the employer stops paying.
Employee's resignation letter (wypowiedzenie umowy o pracę) (Poland)
Poland · in Polish · for employees
Notice of resignation from a Polish employment contract, with no reason needed: which contract, what notice period and when it ends — a period counted in weeks ends on a Saturday, one counted in months on the last day of a month. The letter also asks for the certificate of employment on the last day and for leave to be settled. If both sides want to part sooner, they can agree an earlier date after notice is given.
Appeal to the labour court against a notice of dismissal or a summary dismissal (Poland)
Poland · in Polish · for employees
An employee's claim to the Polish labour court against a notice terminating an employment contract or its termination without notice: asking for the notice to be declared ineffective, for reinstatement or for compensation, with the reason the employer gave and why it is wrong, and, if the deadline was missed through no fault of the employee, a request to restore it. The deadline is 21 days from delivery of the employer's letter (art. 264 of the Polish Labour Code). The employee files it alone and pays no court fee, at the district court's labour division, in person or by registered post, with a copy for the employer.
Domestic worker employment contract (Spain)
Spain · in Spanish
For a family or person in Spain hiring a household employee on an open-ended contract: cleaning, cooking, childcare or care of an older person, living in or out. It sets out the tasks, the trial period, the hours and rest of Spanish Royal Decree 1620/2011, pay by the month or by the hour, pay in kind, the extra payments, holidays and the termination rules as they stand since Royal Decree-Law 16/2022. Both sides sign it before work starts. In Spanish.
Letter disputing a dismissal and asking for the reasons in writing (Cyprus)
Cyprus · in Greek · for employees
For an employee in Cyprus who considers the dismissal unjustified: a written challenge to the termination, a request that the employer state in writing the reasons and the facts behind them, and a request to pay what is owed. The employer bears the burden of proving a lawful reason (sections 5 and 6 of the Termination of Employment Law). The next step is an application to the Labour Disputes Court, on its own prescribed form, within twelve months of the termination. Send it by registered post or by hand against a signature.
Request to extend the tax return deadline (Germany)
Germany · in German
Your request to the German tax office (Finanzamt) to extend the deadline for an income tax, VAT or other tax return under § 109 of the German Fiscal Code (AO) — because of illness, missing papers or a move, for example. For 2025 returns filed without an adviser, the deadline was 31 July 2026. The letter gives the return, the year, the current and the requested deadline and the reason, and asks in the alternative for a backdated extension, so that no late-filing surcharge of at least €25 a month is charged. In German, to post, fax or send through ELSTER.
Objection to processing for direct marketing (Bulgaria)
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
Marketing calls, messages and letters stop on an objection under Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation. Unlike the other rights, there is no balancing here and no exceptions: on an objection to direct marketing, processing for that purpose ends. The document lists the channels separately, because unsubscribing from the newsletter does not stop the phone calls.
Sublease of a room in a shared flat (Germany)
Germany · in German
The agreement by which the main tenant of a flat in Germany sublets a room in the shared flat (WG): the room and shared use of kitchen and bathroom, rent with a flat-rate charge for utilities, the deposit under § 551 of the German Civil Code (BGB), house rules and notice. It records the landlord's permission to sublet (§ 540 BGB) and sets the notice period by whether the room is furnished and the main tenant lives in the flat — then notice by the 15th takes effect at the end of that month. Open-ended or with an end date, for a semester for instance. In German, to print and sign.
Service contract between businesses — Dienstleistungsvertrag (Austria)
Austria · in German
A contract between two businesses in Austria for ongoing or one-off services — consulting, IT support, bookkeeping, marketing — where careful performance is owed rather than a particular result. It covers the scope, independent performance, term and notice to the end of a month, the fee with an invoice under § 11 of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG 1994) and the late-payment rules of §§ 456 and 458 of the Austrian Business Code (UGB), re-performance, confidentiality, data protection, rights in work results and liability. Both parties are named with their FN and UID numbers. In German.
Sublease of a room in a shared flat (Austria)
Austria · in German
The agreement by which the main tenant of a flat in Austria sublets a room in the shared flat: the room and shared use of kitchen and bathroom, rent with a flat-rate charge for costs, the deposit under § 16b of the Austrian Tenancy Act (MRG), house rules and notice. It asks how far the MRG applies, because the subtenant's protection turns on it: under full or partial application the main tenant too can end the sublease only through the court, with the ground of § 30 Abs 2 Z 12 MRG, and under full application the sublet rent is capped (§ 26 MRG). Open-ended or with an end date. In German, to print and sign.
Service contract between businesses — Dienstvertrag (Germany)
Germany · in German
A contract between two businesses in Germany for ongoing or one-off services — consulting, IT support, marketing, bookkeeping, agency work — where the provider owes careful performance rather than a particular result (a Dienstvertrag under §§ 611 ff. of the German Civil Code, BGB). It covers the scope and what lies outside it, independent performance, term and notice, the fee with a payment deadline and the statutory consequences of late payment, re-performance, confidentiality, a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, rights in work results and a liability cap. In German.
Self-employed work contract for freelancers (Italy)
Italy · in Italian
For a business or individual giving an assignment to a self-employed worker in Italy, with or without a VAT number: an Italian contract covering scope, the worker's freedom to organise time and place, duration, fee, payment within 60 days at most, withdrawal on fair notice and changes only in writing, as the Italian Self-Employment Act (Law 81/2017) requires. For a worker without a VAT number it refers to the occasional-work receipt and withholding tax. Withdrawal is specifically approved (art. 1341 of the Civil Code). Signed in two copies or digitally.
Managing director's service contract for a GmbH (Austria)
Austria · in German
The contract between an Austrian GmbH or FlexCo and its managing director, separate from the appointment by the shareholders: duties and standard of care (§ 25 of the Austrian Limited Liability Companies Act, GmbHG), scope of the work, gross monthly salary paid 14 or 12 times a year, variable pay, leave, competition and confidentiality, term and notice. Whether the director is insured under the ASVG or the GSVG depends not on the contract's label but on the shareholding and actual influence (§ 539a ASVG); the contract records the shareholding. Removal ends the office, not the contract (§ 16 GmbHG). In German.
Lease of a furnished room in the landlord's own flat (Germany)
Germany · in German
A lease of a furnished room in a flat in Germany that the landlord lives in — whether as owner or as a tenant with permission to sublet — with shared use of kitchen and bathroom. Under § 549(2) no. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) such a room has only limited tenant protection: no rent cap, no rent-increase rules, and notice by either side by the 15th to the end of the month, without a reason. With an inventory of the furniture, a flat-rate charge for utilities, the deposit under § 551 BGB, house rules and an optional end date. In German, to print and sign.
Free service contract with written particulars — freier Dienstvertrag (Austria)
Austria · in German
A free service contract under § 4(4) of the Austrian General Social Insurance Act (ASVG) for people who provide services to a client over a period without being bound to working hours, a place of work or instructions. It contains every particular of the written statement (Dienstzettel) required by § 1164a ABGB, so no separate statement is needed: start and term, an optional probation month, the notice periods of four and six weeks in force since 1 January 2026, the work, pay with due date and method, the social insurance carrier, the severance fund and any applicable collective agreement. In German.
Fixed-term residential lease (Cyprus)
Cyprus · in Greek
A Cypriot lease of a home between private individuals for a fixed term: the property, the rent and how it is adjusted, the deposit, bills, each side's duties and the move-in and move-out records. It gives the tenant a break clause after a minimum period, which the law otherwise does not, sets out the 21-day written notice for unpaid rent, and records whether the home falls under the Rent Control Law of 1983, which makes a tenant who stays on after the term a statutory tenant. Since 1 January 2026 a lease no longer needs stamping.
Fixed-term residential lease (Greece)
Greece · in Greek
A Greek residential lease between private individuals for a fixed term: the property, the rent and its yearly adjustment, the deposit, running costs, each side's duties and the move-in and move-out records. It reflects the three-year minimum Greek law (Law 1703/1987) sets for a home let as a main residence, gives the tenant an early-exit clause the law otherwise does not, in which the landlord gives up rent for the rest of the term, has the landlord declare the lease to the tax authority (ΑΑΔΕ, through myAADE) by both parties' tax numbers, and sends the rent only to the landlord's bank account, as Law 5222/2025 will require (from 1 July 2027, under the tax authority's latest decision).
