For the members of a Spanish limited company changing its director: Spanish minutes of the general meeting (all members present, or called by notice) recording any removal and the appointment, a certificate of the minutes by the person entitled to certify, and the acceptance of the post signed by the new director. The appointment is filed with the Registro Mercantil within ten days of acceptance (art. 215 of the Spanish Companies Act), with the signatures certified by a notary. In Spanish.

For two businesses or professionals in Italy exchanging confidential information before working together, selling or investing: an Italian mutual NDA setting out the purpose of the exchange, what is and is not confidential, permitted use, the staff and advisers allowed to see it, return of the information, how long it lasts after the talks and a penalty with its specific approval (arts. 1341–1342 of the Italian Civil Code). It refers to the protection of trade secrets (arts. 98–99 of the Italian Industrial Property Code). Signed in two copies or digitally.

The agreement by which an author in Romania — a designer, a programmer, a photographer, a writer — assigns a company the economic rights in a work, with everything Law no. 8/1996 requires on pain of annulment: the rights assigned and, for each, the uses, the term and the extent of the assignment — territory included — and the pay; it also says whether the assignment is exclusive. Moral rights stay with the author, because the law does not let them be assigned.

The declaration by which a managing director of an Austrian GmbH or FlexCo resigns under § 16a of the Austrian Limited Liability Companies Act (GmbHG) — at once for good cause, otherwise after 14 days or on a later date. The same letter goes to every shareholder; the other managing directors and any supervisory board chair receive a copy. With the request to file the end of the director's authority with the company register (Firmenbuch, § 17 GmbHG) and an acknowledgement of receipt, since receipt has to be proved. In German.
