The registry office needs it for the title of occupation (art. 5 of decree-law 47/2014). Many municipalities have their own form, attached to the residence declaration, which is free and can also be made online on ANPR. No stamp duty is due (art. 37). Many schools have their own free form. Hand it in at the school office against a registration number or send it by PEC. It holds health data, so it is sold blank and filled in by hand.
- Request to close a current account (Italy)If you open an account with another bank in Italy, the new bank offers a free switching service that moves transfers and direct debits and closes the old account if you ask. This letter, in Italian under Italian law, is for closing the account only: it gives notice of withdrawal without penalty or charges (article 120-bis of the Italian Consolidated Banking Act), asks for linked cards and services to be closed, the balance transferred and a closing statement sent. Send it by registered post, by PEC or hand it in at the branch.

- Report of lost documents to the police (Italy)An Italian written report, in Italian, of lost documents – identity card, driving licence, passport, cards, payment cards – to hand in at a Carabinieri station or a police office, which gives a copy for applying for duplicates. It lists the documents, where and when the loss was noticed and the circumstances. Hand it in at the school office, send it by PEC or upload it to the register where the school allows.

It does not replace the transfer of ownership: the seller has the signature on the declaration of sale authenticated at an STA (vehicle registration desk), a notary or, for an old paper certificate, the Comune, and the buyer has it entered in the PRA register within 60 days.
- Notice to the landlord of a partial sublet (Italy)For a tenant in Italy who wants to sublet a room in the home they live in: the notice to the landlord required by art. 2 of Italian Law no. 392 of 27 July 1978, naming the subtenant, the length of the sublet and the rooms sublet.
