Owner’s declaration for a guest’s change of residence (Italy)

An Italian sworn self-declaration, in Italian (art. 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000), by the owner, co-owner, usufructuary or tenant who lets someone register their residence at the home without a contract in that person’s name: it states the basis of occupation (hosting, a loan for use, living together) and the people. Many municipalities have their own form, attached to the residence declaration, which is free and can also be made online on ANPR. No stamp duty is due (art. 37).
