It is a form with fields: the original debt in words and figures, the reduction, the amount left to pay, the schedule in one payment or in instalments, the account, and the days of delay allowed before the reduction is lost. Signed in two copies. In Spanish.
Settlement agreement between private individuals (Spain)
For two private individuals in Spain with a dispute over money or a contract (a debt, damage, a sale, building work) who settle it without a lawsuit, each giving something up (article 1809 of the Spanish Civil Code). It is a form with fields: the matter, what each side gives or does and by when, the payment and the account, and the waiver of further claims on that matter. It records that the agreement was reached in a negotiation under Organic Law 1/2025 and that either side may have it made into a notarial deed. Not for employment or family matters. Signed in two copies. In Spanish.
Loan agreement between private individuals (Spain)
For lending money to a relative or a friend in Spain, or borrowing it, and putting it in writing. The agreement, in Spanish under Spanish law, names both parties with their DNI or NIE (Spanish identity numbers) and sets the amount in words and figures, payment by bank transfer, whether the loan is interest-free or the agreed rate, repayment in one sum or in monthly instalments, and what follows a late payment (articles 1740 ff. of the Spanish Civil Code). Both parties sign two copies. The borrower declares the loan, free of charge, to the regional tax office with form 600 or its regional equivalent. In Spanish.
Mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) (Spain)
For two businesses or professionals in Spain who will exchange confidential information before working together, investing, selling or developing a project: a Spanish reciprocal agreement with the purpose, what is and is not confidential, the duties, how long they last after the relationship ends, return of materials, trade secrets under Spain's Law 1/2019 and, if agreed, a penalty in words and figures. Signed in two copies. In Spanish.

In Spanish.
Domestic worker employment contract (Spain)
For a family or person in Spain hiring a household employee on an open-ended contract: cleaning, cooking, childcare or care of an older person, living in or out. It sets out the tasks, the trial period, the hours and rest of Spanish Royal Decree 1620/2011, pay by the month or by the hour, pay in kind, the extra payments, holidays and the termination rules as they stand since Royal Decree-Law 16/2022. Both sides sign it before work starts. In Spanish.
Cohabitation agreement for an unmarried couple (Spain)
For couples who live together without being married and want to set out in writing how they share household costs, who owns what and what happens if they separate. The agreement names their autonomous community and refers to its rules on registered couples; in Aragón, the Balearic Islands, Catalonia, Galicia, Navarre and the Basque Country their own regional civil law also applies, according to each partner’s civil residence (vecindad civil). It does not register the couple: registration uses the regional registry’s own form, free to download online. Both sign two copies. In Spanish.
Open-ended employment contract (Spain)
For a company or self-employed person in Spain hiring an employee on an open-ended contract, full-time or part-time. It sets out the position and professional group, the collective agreement, a trial period within the limits of art. 14 of the Spanish Workers' Statute, working hours, salary and the two extra payments, holidays, training and notice, with the written information required by Spanish Royal Decree 723/2026. Signed in two copies before work starts. In Spanish.
Employee confidentiality agreement (Spain)
For an employer in Spain that wants to set down in writing what information an employee must keep secret, during the contract and afterwards. It defines confidential information, what is excluded, permitted use, the return of documents and equipment at the end and the period after termination, in line with the duty of good faith in the Spanish Workers' Statute and Spanish Law 1/2019 on Trade Secrets. It is not a non-compete clause: it does not stop the employee working for another business later. Both sides sign it. In Spanish.
Services contract between businesses (Spain)
For a business engaging another for a continuing service in Spain (cleaning, maintenance, IT support, marketing, consulting): a Spanish contract with scope, term and renewal, the price in words and figures, invoicing and the payment term within the 60-day limit of Spain's Law 3/2004, late-payment interest, confidentiality, personal data, termination for breach and the attempt to negotiate before going to court (Organic Law 1/2025). Signed in two copies. In Spanish.
Fixed-term contract for production needs (Spain)
For an employer in Spain that needs a temporary contract for an occasional, unforeseeable rise in activity or for an occasional, foreseeable and short situation. It makes the employer describe the cause, the specific circumstances and their link with the term precisely, as art. 15 of the Spanish Workers' Statute has required since the 2021 labour reform: without that cause the contract is open-ended. It sets the term (up to six months, or a year if a sector agreement extends it), trial period, hours, pay and the final payment of twelve days per year. Signed before work starts. In Spanish.
Remote working agreement (Spain)
For an employer and employee in Spain agreeing regular remote work — at least thirty per cent of working time over three months —, which Spanish Law 10/2021 requires in writing before it starts. It covers the minimum content of art. 7: inventory of equipment and its useful life, expenses and how they are compensated, hours and availability, percentage and days, the workplace the employee belongs to and the chosen place, notice to return to the office, monitoring, technical problems, data and duration. Both sign; the employer gives the representatives a copy within ten days. In Spanish.
Fixed-term contract to replace an employee (Spain)
For an employer in Spain that needs to cover an employee entitled to return to the job (sick leave, unpaid leave, birth leave), make up hours another employee has reduced, or fill a post while the permanent holder is chosen. It makes you state the cause, the specific circumstances and, where it applies, the name of the person replaced (art. 15.3 of the Spanish Workers' Statute). It sets the term, trial period, hours and pay; no severance is due at the end. Signed before work starts. In Spanish.
Agreement for the free loan of a home (comodato) (Spain)
For a person in Spain who lends a home free of charge to a relative or someone else, and for the person receiving it: the comodato agreement (articles 1740 to 1752 of the Spanish Civil Code) recording that no rent is paid and setting the use, the term — until a date, or until the home is reclaimed with the agreed notice — each party's costs, upkeep and return. It helps prove the loan is free and avoids disputes when the home is taken back. Signed by both parties in two copies. In Spanish.
Mutual termination agreement for an employment contract (Spain)
For an employer and an employee in Spain who decide together to end the employment contract (art. 49.1.a of the Spanish Workers' Statute). It sets the termination date, any compensation they agree, the settlement of what is owed up to that day (pay, extra payments, holidays) and the return of company property. Ending a job by mutual agreement gives no right to Spanish unemployment benefit. Both sides sign, each keeping a copy. In Spanish.

The buyer applies for the change of keeper within 30 days and pays the transfer tax (ITP) in their region; the seller notifies the DGT of the sale. Signed in duplicate, on every page, one copy each. In Spanish.
