Private car sale agreement (Greece)
Why it matches: You are selling your used car to a private buyer in Greece and want the deal in writing.
Greece · in Greek
A Greek private agreement for selling a used car between individuals, written for the rule that applies now: the agreement does not transfer the car. Ownership passes with the digital transfer on gov.gr, the only route between private persons since 27 April 2026. So it binds the seller to start the transfer and the buyer to accept it by a set date and within 30 days of handover, before the seller's insurance lapses, and puts fines on the buyer from handover. It gives the price in words, the known defects and the two-year limitation period of art. 554 of the Greek Civil Code, and can be signed online on docs.gov.gr.
Used car sale agreement (Cyprus)
Why it matches: You are selling your used car to a private buyer in Cyprus and want the sale in writing.
Cyprus · in Greek
A private agreement for the sale of a used car or motorcycle between individuals in Cyprus: the vehicle, the price and payment, handover, condition and known defects. The agreement does not change the registered owner — that is done with form TOM 9Γ at the Road Transport Department or a citizen service centre (KEP), with insurance in the buyer's name. So it binds both to complete the transfer by a set date, records the vehicle's status as to manufacturer recalls, which the Department has checked since February 2025, and puts fines on the buyer from handover.
Car sale agreement (umowa kupna-sprzedaży samochodu) (Poland)
Why it matches: You are selling your used car privately in Poland and want a proper written agreement.
Poland · in Polish
A Polish agreement for the private sale of a used car: the parties, make and model, VIN, registration number, mileage, known defects, the price in figures and words, and handover with the documents and keys. It also sets out what each side must do afterwards: the seller tells the district office within 30 days and the insurer within 14, the buyer registers the car within 30 days and pays 2% tax on civil-law transactions within 14. No notary is needed.
Used car sale contract between private individuals (Italy)
Why it matches: You are selling your old car to someone you know in Italy and want the price and its condition in writing.
Italy · in Italian
For a private person selling or buying a used car or motorbike in Italy: the contract between the two parties, in Italian, setting out the vehicle, price, payment, handover, mileage, known defects and the choice on the warranty against defects (arts. 1490–1495 of the Italian Civil Code). It does not replace the transfer of ownership: the seller has the signature on the declaration of sale authenticated at an STA (vehicle registration desk), a notary or, for an old paper certificate, the Comune, and the buyer has it entered in the PRA register within 60 days.
Used car sale contract between private individuals (France)
Why it matches: You are selling your used car to a private buyer in France and want a written contract on top of the transfer certificate.
France · in French
For selling or buying a used car or motorbike between private persons in France. The official steps stay free and compulsory: the transfer certificate (Cerfa no. 15776*02), the seller's online declaration on the France Titres (ANTS) site within fifteen days, the crossed-out registration certificate. This contract comes on top of them: vehicle, mileage, price and payment, date and hour of handover, known defects, the hidden-defects warranty kept or limited (articles 1641 and 1643 of the French Civil Code), each side's steps. Signed in two originals. In French.
Private used car sale contract (Germany)
Why it matches: You are selling your used car privately in Germany and want a written sale contract with the buyer.
Germany · in German
A contract for selling a used car or motorcycle between private individuals in Germany, under the German Civil Code (BGB). The exclusion of liability for defects is worded the way German courts uphold it: it does not cover fraud or a guarantee (§ 444 BGB), nor the seller's statements on mileage, accident damage, previous keepers and known defects, which stand in a section of their own. It also records the check of the registration certificate Part II, the date and hour of handover, retention of title, re-registration and the notice of sale. In German, for both parties to print and sign.
Used car or other motor vehicle sale contract (Bulgaria)
Why it matches: You are selling your car in Bulgaria and want to agree the price and handover with the buyer before the notary.
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
Signatures on a contract for the sale of a registered vehicle are certified by a notary, and the notary draws up the contract on a form of their own — this text does not replace it. Its use is beforehand: to settle the price, the date and exactly what is handed over, and to see what the seller is declaring, before you sit down in front of the notary.

The buyer applies for the change of keeper within 30 days and pays the transfer tax (ITP) in their region; the seller notifies the DGT of the sale. Signed in duplicate, on every page, one copy each. In Spanish.

In German, ready to print twice and sign.
Sale of movable property (Bulgaria)
Why it matches: You are selling used furniture, tools or equipment to a private buyer in Bulgaria.
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
For a private sale of equipment, furniture, tools, instruments — anything handed over by hand. The contract describes the item, the price in words and in figures, and the seller's declaration that the item is theirs and is not pledged. Note that it will not do for a motor vehicle: there the law requires the signatures to be notarised.

Why it matches: You are lending your car in Austria to a friend or relative and want the terms in writing.
Austria · in German
The agreement by which you let another person drive your car — family, friends or acquaintances — including trips abroad: period, purpose, countries allowed, the licence check under § 103 Abs 1 Z 3 of the Austrian Motor Vehicles Act (KFG), insurance and any restricted driver group, costs, fines and damage, handover and return. Until the car comes back, you name the user in reply to a driver enquiry under § 103 Abs 2 KFG. At the end, a separate permission to drive with a short English summary, to carry in the car. In German, ready to print and sign by both.

Loan agreement between private individuals (Greece)
Why it matches: A relative is lending you money for a home or a car and you want to show the tax office where it came from.
Greece · in Greek
A Greek private agreement for a loan of money between private persons — relatives, friends, acquaintances: the parties with their AFM tax numbers, the sum in figures and words, how it is paid out, a fixed repayment day or instalments, interest and default interest. The rate is set against the ceiling for loans outside banks (7.90% a year from 16 September 2026), and the 3.6% digital transaction duty is placed on the borrower, payable to the Greek tax authority (AADE) by the end of the following month. Signed by both, it is the document a payment order runs on.
Loan for use (Bulgaria)
Why it matches: You are lending a tool, some equipment or your car to someone in Bulgaria free of charge.
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
For when you lend out a thing free of charge — a tool, a piece of equipment, a car, a room. It differs from a lease in that nothing is paid, and from a money loan in that the same thing comes back rather than its value. So the description of the item and its condition at handover carry the whole weight of the contract: without them there is no way to show that what came back is not what went out.
Private loan agreement between individuals (France)
Why it matches: Your parents are lending you money for a flat or a car and want everything in writing.
France · in French
For lending money to a relative or friend in France and keeping solid proof of it. The agreement, in French under French law, sets the amount, payment by bank transfer, a written interest rate or an interest-free loan, repayment in one sum or by monthly instalments, early repayment and what follows a late payment. It leaves the space where the borrower writes the sum in words and figures by hand (article 1376 of the French Civil Code) and recalls the tax declaration on form 2062 above €5,000. Print two copies, both signed by both parties.
Free loan agreement for a vehicle (comodato) (Italy)
Why it matches: You are lending your car to a relative in Italy for a few months and want it in writing who pays the fines.

If the loan exceeds 30 consecutive days, the borrower must ask the Motorizzazione within 30 days to record the borrower's name on the Documento Unico (art. 94(4-bis) of the Highway Code), unless a cohabiting family member; the contract states this duty, but the entry is a separate step. Why it matches: You bought furniture and a car together and want to record what belongs to whom.
Cyprus · in Greek
A private agreement between two partners living together in Cyprus without marriage or a civil partnership: the shared home and who has a right to it, how expenses are split, what belongs to each and what is shared, and how they settle up if they separate. The law does not regulate informal cohabitation, so the agreement records what would otherwise have to be proved. It is not a civil partnership: that is entered into under Law 184(I)/2015, by any couple, and has the effects of marriage except adoption.
Cohabitation agreement for an unmarried couple (Spain)
Why it matches: You are buying furniture and a car together and want it clear who owns what if you split up.
Spain · in Spanish
For couples who live together without being married and want to set out in writing how they share household costs, who owns what and what happens if they separate. The agreement names their autonomous community and refers to its rules on registered couples; in Aragón, the Balearic Islands, Catalonia, Galicia, Navarre and the Basque Country their own regional civil law also applies, according to each partner’s civil residence (vecindad civil). It does not register the couple: registration uses the regional registry’s own form, free to download online. Both sign two copies. In Spanish.
Draft cohabitation contract for authentication by a notary or lawyer (Italy)
Why it matches: You are buying furniture and a car together and want it clear who owns what.
Italy · in Italian
Under Italian law a cohabitation contract is void unless made as a public deed or with signatures authenticated by a notary or a lawyer (article 1, paragraph 51, Law no. 76 of 20 May 2016): this is a draft to take to that professional, who checks it, authenticates the signatures and sends it to the Comune within ten days. A list of each partner's property can be attached. Signed by both partners, in two copies. It creates no right to inherit from the other.

No set form and no stamp duty since 2011. Between spouses or registered partners a notarial deed is required (§ 1 Abs 1 lit b NotAktsG), and the agreement asks about it. A guarantee is a separate declaration. Private lenders only. In German, to print and sign.

For private lenders only: a business lending to a consumer falls under consumer-credit law. In German, no set form — print, both sign, each keeps a copy.
Cohabitation agreement for unmarried partners (Poland)
Why it matches: You bought furniture or a car together and want it clear who owns what.
Poland · in Polish
An agreement for couples living together in Poland without marrying: how they share housing and living costs, what each keeps as personal property, how things bought together are co-owned, how they settle up if they separate, and who leaves the home. Poland has no registered partnerships — the closest-person status law did not take effect after the Sejm failed to override the presidential veto in September 2026 — so these matters are settled by a civil-law contract.
