The letter gives the employer notice of resignation (art. 49.1.d of the Spanish Workers' Statute), with the notice period of the collective agreement or, where it says nothing, local custom, sets the last working day and asks for the final settlement (finiquito), the last payslip, the tax withholding certificate and the employer's certificate. It is sent by burofax with certified content, which proves the text and the date. In Spanish.
- Demand for payment of invoices between businesses by burofax (Spain)For a self-employed person or business whose invoices another business in Spain will not pay: a Spanish demand for the principal, the late-payment interest and the 40 euros per invoice of Spain's Law 3/2004, with the invitation to negotiate within thirty days that Organic Law 1/2025 requires before a court claim, including the payment-order procedure (monitorio). Sent by burofax with certified content and acknowledgement of receipt, proving what was sent and when. In Spanish.
- Reply to a debt collector: proof of the debt or limitation (Spain)For someone in Spain receiving letters, calls or messages from a debt collector or a debt buyer about a debt they do not recognise or that is very old. The letter does not acknowledge the debt: it asks for the contract, the calculation of the amount and proof of the assignment or mandate, and lets you plead limitation where more than five years have passed without a claim or an acknowledgement (articles 1964.2 and 1973 of the Spanish Civil Code). It also asks where your data came from (article 15 GDPR). It is sent by burofax with certified content. In Spanish.

Nothing is paid before that acceptance. Send it by burofax or through the creditor's written channel. In Spanish.
- Request to cancel a phone, internet or TV contract (Spain)For the holder of a mobile, landline, broadband or TV line in Spain who wants to cancel and not be charged any more. The letter tells the operator to end the services two working days after receiving it, asks for the reference number, the closing bill and instructions for returning the equipment, and that nothing be charged afterwards. Send it by burofax with certified content, which proves the date from which the operator may no longer bill; you can also use any channel the operator offers. In Spanish.
- Notice of withdrawal from a distance or off-premises purchase (Spain)For a consumer in Spain who bought online, by phone or away from the shop (at home or on an excursion) and has changed their mind: the letter withdraws from the contract within 14 calendar days, without giving reasons (arts. 102 to 108 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, TRLGDCU), and asks for everything paid back within 14 days. The model withdrawal form in annex B of the TRLGDCU, which the seller must give you free, is enough on its own. This Spanish letter proves what was sent and when: send it by burofax with certified content, or attach it to an e-mail. In Spanish.
