Fixed-term employment contract (Germany)
Why it matches: An employee is going on parental leave and you are hiring someone to stand in.
Germany · in German
A fixed-term employment contract under the German Part-Time and Fixed-Term Employment Act (TzBfG), in German: without an objective reason (up to two years) or with one, such as standing in for an absent employee, a temporary need or a trial. It carries every term the Nachweisgesetz requires, the minimum wage, leave, notice during the term and a time limit for claims that excludes the minimum wage. The fixed term must be in writing, signed by both before the first working day, or the contract counts as permanent.
Employee confidentiality agreement (Cyprus)
Why it matches: A key employee is moving into a role with access to sensitive data and you want confidentiality in writing.
Cyprus · in Greek
The agreement by which an employee in Cyprus undertakes to keep the employer's information confidential, during and after the employment, and not to approach, for a limited time, the clients and colleagues they worked with. It contains no non-compete clause: under section 27 of the Contract Law, Cap. 149, an agreement that stops someone practising a lawful profession is void, and only narrow, reasonable restrictions can stand. It expressly excludes the employee's general knowledge and reports of wrongdoing.
Freelance services contract with a self-employed professional (Greece)
Why it matches: You want to show that the freelancer chooses their own hours, place and tools and is not a hidden employee.
Greece · in Greek
A business's contract with a freelancer in Greece: the services, independence in time, place and means, the fee, invoicing, confidentiality, copyright and termination. The independence terms matter: under Greek Law 2639/1998 the contract is presumed to hide employment if the freelancer works personally, exclusively or mainly for the same client for nine consecutive months. It records whether the freelancer has only one or two clients, in which case they are insured like an employee (Law 4387/2016, art. 39(9)), and whether the 20% tax withheld on invoices above €300 applies (art. 64 of Law 4172/2013).
Telework addendum to an employment contract (Romania)
Why it matches: You and your employer in Romania have agreed that you will work from home some or all of the time.
Romania · in Romanian

The telework location has not been compulsory since 2021, but the parties may agree on one.
Post-employment non-compete agreement (zakaz konkurencji) (Poland)
Why it matches: A key employee at your company in Poland knows clients and know-how you want to protect after they leave.
Poland · in Polish
An agreement under which an employee with access to particularly important information undertakes not to compete with the employer for a set time after leaving. The employer pays compensation of at least 25% of the pay received before the employment ended, for a period equal to the ban. It must be in writing on pain of nullity, and stops binding when the employer stops paying.

Why it matches: You need someone to cover for an absent employee until a set date.
Poland · in Polish
A Polish employment contract with an end date, carrying the elements art. 29 § 1 of the Labour Code requires and the limit in art. 25¹: no more than 33 months and three such contracts in total between the same parties — beyond that the contract becomes a permanent one. Since 2023 the employer's notice must state its reason, and the notice periods are the same as for a permanent contract.
Services agreement with a sole trader (PFA) (Romania)
Why it matches: You want the work written up as a genuine collaboration, not disguised employment.
Romania · in Romanian
The agreement with a PFA or another independent professional in Romania, written so that the relationship stays a collaboration, not employment: the provider sets their own hours and place, works with their own means, may have other clients, bears the risks and pays their own tax and contributions. The Tax Code treats as wages the income from work that fails at least four of its seven tests of independence.
Confidentiality and non-compete agreement (Greece)
Why it matches: A key employee may leave for a competitor and you want to protect your customers and know-how.
Greece · in Greek
The agreement in which an employee in Greece undertakes to keep the employer's information confidential, during employment and after, and not to compete with the employer for a set period after leaving. Greece has no statute on non-compete clauses, and the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos 1183/2025) held that a clause without reasonable compensation and without a defined geographical area is, as a rule, void. So this agreement sets the activities, the area, the length and a monthly compensation.
Remote work agreement (Cyprus)
Why it matches: Your employee in Cyprus has asked to work from home and you want the terms in writing.
Cyprus · in Greek
A written agreement between an employer and an employee in Cyprus for telework under the Telework Framework Law of 2023: pattern and days, place, hours and time recording, the right to disconnect and the measures that secure it, equipment, costs, data, health and safety, and the return to the office. Telework is voluntary and agreed in writing, and the employer bears the equipment and its costs. The agreement also serves as the written statement of telework terms the Law requires.
Telework agreement (Greece)
Why it matches: You want to work from home some days a week and your employer in Greece agrees.
Greece · in Greek
The agreement by which a Greek employer and employee set up telework, at hiring or as an amendment to the contract (art. 67 of Law 4808/2021): the pattern and place of telework, working hours and time recording, equipment and costs, the right to disconnect and the ban on camera monitoring. The label alone is not enough: if in practice the contractor works like an employee, the relationship may be treated as employment, so the agreement sets out how the work is actually done. It has no non-compete (section 27 of Cap. 149).
Service agreement between businesses (umowa o świadczenie usług) (Poland)
Why it matches: You run a one-person business in Poland and are starting to work for a company as a contractor, not an employee.

The agreement, in French under French law, describes the dispute, each party's reciprocal concessions and the waiver of any action on the same matter (articles 2044 and 2052 of the French Civil Code). A standard form: it does not suit a dispute between employer and employee, or a divorce. Two originals, signed by both parties.

The contract, in Italian under Italian law, describes the dispute, what each party concedes, any sum and how it is paid, and the waiver of every other claim on that dispute (articles 1965 ff. of the Italian Civil Code). It is not for employment disputes. Both parties sign two copies.

Why it matches: You and a builder in Spain disagree on the price of the work and have met halfway.
Spain · in Spanish
For two private individuals in Spain with a dispute over money or a contract (a debt, damage, a sale, building work) who settle it without a lawsuit, each giving something up (article 1809 of the Spanish Civil Code). It is a form with fields: the matter, what each side gives or does and by when, the payment and the account, and the waiver of further claims on that matter. It records that the agreement was reached in a negotiation under Organic Law 1/2025 and that either side may have it made into a notarial deed. Not for employment or family matters. Signed in two copies. In Spanish.
