Signing it also counts as a reasonable secrecy measure under the Act. In German.
Mutual agreement to end employment (Cyprus)
Why it matches: An employee wants to leave early and you agree to end the contract together instead of serving notice.
The agreement by which an employer and an employee in Cyprus end the employment contract together, without a dismissal or a resignation. It sets the last working day, the pay and annual leave still owed, any agreed lump sum and when it is paid, the return of equipment, a certificate of employment and continuing confidentiality, with a settlement clause that leaves untouched any rights the law does not allow to be waived. It rests on the Contract Law, Cap. 149, which requires free consent.

A mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for talks between businesses in Austria about a cooperation, a project, a licence or an acquisition. It rests on the protection of trade secrets in §§ 26a ff. of the Austrian Unfair Competition Act (UWG): the purpose, what counts as confidential, disclosure only to those who need it, an express ban on reverse engineering samples and prototypes, return and deletion, the term after the talks end and an optional contractual penalty. Both parties are named with their company register number. In German, ready to print and sign.

Why it matches: You want to leave your job in Poland soon and your employer agrees to end the contract by agreement.
Ending a Polish employment contract by agreement of both sides, on a date they choose, with no notice period and no reasons given. The data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) every business in Germany needs when a service provider processes personal data for it — hosting, cloud software, payroll, newsletters, IT support. Free models from supervisory authorities and the European Commission also exist. In German.

Its preamble records the reason that decides whether unemployment benefit is blocked for 12 weeks (§ 159 SGB III), and it warns of that block and of the duty to register as a job-seeker. Under § 623 of the German Civil Code (BGB) it is valid only if printed and signed by hand by both sides: the electronic form is excluded.

Late payment carries the interest (ECB reference rate plus eight points) and the €40 of Law 123(I)/2012. It has no non-compete, which section 27 of Cap. 149 makes void, with narrow exceptions, and it needs no stamp duty.

Why it matches: You want a mutual termination agreement as proof when the end of the contract is declared in ERGANI.
The agreement by which a Greek employer and employee end the employment contract together on a date they choose: the last working day, the final settlement of pay, leave and bonuses, a lump sum if one is agreed, the return of equipment and the certificate of employment. No statute governs it: no form, reason or compensation is required, only a clear shared will — and the written agreement is what proves it when the end is declared in ERGANI II.

It sets whether the contract can be ended early on notice or only by agreement, and follows Law 98(I)/2003: a fixed-term employee may not be treated less favourably than permanent staff, and employment that reaches 30 months in total on successive contracts counts as open-ended unless there is an objective reason.
