You can file the appeal free of charge on the body's electronic office, with its own appeal form or general application form; you do not need DocMuse for it. This Spanish document, in Spanish, is for challenging an act of a Spanish ministry, regional government or town hall: the recurso de alzada to the higher body, if the act does not end the administrative route, or the recurso de reposición to the same body, if it does. The notification says which applies, to whom and the time limit: one month for an express act. It follows art. 115 of Spanish Law 39/2015; you write the grounds. Not for taxes or traffic fines. File it through a registry.

This can be done free of charge on the electronic office of Spain's Transparency and Good Governance Council, with its own form, or with your region's transparency body; you do not need DocMuse for it. This can be done free of charge on the Spanish State's Transparency Portal and on each body's electronic office, with their own form; you do not need DocMuse for it. This Spanish document, in Spanish, only accompanies it: the host's personal letter to the Spanish embassy or consulate, with the relationship, purpose and dates of the visit, the home and the costs the host covers. It does not replace the official letter. Sign it and send it to the guest, who files it with the visa application.

This can be done free of charge on the electronic office and at the counters of each Spanish public body, with its own general application form (instancia general); you do not need DocMuse for it. This Spanish document, in Spanish, is an application with the content article 66 of Spanish Law 39/2015 asks for — your details, how to notify you, facts, request, place, date, signature and the body addressed — for any request to a ministry, a regional government or a town hall that has no form of its own. File it through a registry or at a post office as administrative mail.
Letter of complaint to a public body (Spain)
This can be done free of charge on the body's electronic office or at its counters, with its own complaints and suggestions form; you do not need DocMuse for it. This Spanish document, in Spanish, is the complaint about how a public service works — waiting times, treatment, unanswered letters, mistakes — sent to the body itself: it sets out the facts with dates and the office, and asks to be told what is done. In the Spanish State administration the unit answers within twenty working days. File it through a registry or at a post office.

It is handed in with the application.
Authorisation to collect a document, parcel or certificate (Spain)
For someone who cannot collect a parcel, registered letter, document or certificate in person and asks another person to do it. Correos, courier companies and many Spanish bodies have their own free authorisation form: if they ask for it, use theirs. This authorisation states what is collected, where and until when, and the authorised person shows it with their ID and a copy of the principal’s identity document. Both people sign. In Spanish.
Cohabitation agreement for an unmarried couple (Spain)
For couples who live together without being married and want to set out in writing how they share household costs, who owns what and what happens if they separate. The agreement names their autonomous community and refers to its rules on registered couples; in Aragón, the Balearic Islands, Catalonia, Galicia, Navarre and the Basque Country their own regional civil law also applies, according to each partner’s civil residence (vecindad civil). It does not register the couple: registration uses the regional registry’s own form, free to download online. Both sign two copies. In Spanish.
Application to change a first name or the order of surnames (Spain)
For an adult who wants to reverse the order of their surnames or change their first name to the one they habitually use. Spanish Civil Registry offices have their own application form: if they offer it, you may use it. This application, in the Spanish “EXPONE / SOLICITA” shape, identifies the birth registration, says what is asked and, for a first name, the reasons and the proof of use. It is filed at the Civil Registry office, which decides in a file, with a copy of the ID. In Spanish.

All founders sign it, and it is filed with the National Register of Associations or the register of the autonomous community. In Spanish.

For someone who gave another person a private mandate or authorisation and wants to withdraw it: the letter gives notice of the revocation with effect from receipt, asks for the document and anything received back, and for an account. It goes by burofax with certified content and acknowledgement of receipt, which proves when it arrived. If the power was granted before a notary, revoke it before a notary too and use this letter to give notice. A separate notice informs banks and companies. In Spanish.
Authorisation for a single act (Spain)
For someone who cannot attend to one matter in person and asks another person to do a single act: file a document, sign for keys, attend a meeting, hand in paperwork. Many Spanish bodies have their own form or an online power in their electronic office, both free: if they require it, use theirs. The authorisation describes the act, where it is done and until when it is valid, and excludes anything needing a notarial power. Both people sign it, and the authorised person carries it with their ID. In Spanish.
Private mandate for everyday errands (Spain)
A general power of attorney for a bank or the Land Registry is granted before a notary in Spain (article 1280.5 of the Spanish Civil Code), and DocMuse does not sell one. For anyone who must declare to a town hall, an autonomous community or a State body that they meet the requirements of a procedure and hold the supporting documents. This model follows article 69 of Spain’s Common Administrative Procedure Act (Ley 39/2015). It is filed online, at a registry office or at a Correos post office; companies must file electronically. Before a body with a co-official language, that language may also be used. In Spanish.

For someone who has revoked a mandate, authorisation or power and wants the bank, company, building administrator or office the agent dealt with to stop acting on the agent’s instructions. The letter gives notice of the revocation and its date, identifies the agent and asks for written confirmation. It goes by burofax with certified content and acknowledgement of receipt, one letter per recipient, with a copy of the principal’s ID. Many Spanish banks have their own procedure to remove an authorised person. In Spanish.
Catalan-law holographic will: model to copy out by hand (Spain)
The usual way to make a will in Catalonia, as in the rest of Spain, is the open will before a notary. This model is for people with Catalan civil residence (vecindad civil) who prefer to write their will by hand: a printed or typed copy is not a will. Under the Catalan Civil Code it is written and signed entirely in one’s own hand, with the place and date (article 421-17), and it lapses if not presented to a notary within four years of the death. It includes instructions and a model text. In Spanish.
Parents’ authorisation for a minor’s trip (Spain)
The travel permission declaration a minor needs to leave Spain without either parent is free from the Policía Nacional and the Guardia Civil: you do not need DocMuse for it, and this letter does not replace it. This Spanish authorisation is for parents who entrust their child to a grandparent, relative, teacher or group for a trip within Spain, or let the child travel with one parent only. It names the companion, the dates and the destination; the parents sign it, attach a copy of their ID, and the child carries it. In Spanish.
Holographic will: model to copy out by hand (Spain)
The usual way to make a will in Spain is the open will before a notary. For those who prefer to write it in their own hand, this is a model to copy: a printed or typed copy is not a will. A holographic will must be written entirely by hand, signed and dated with year, month and day by an adult (article 688 of the Spanish Civil Code). It includes instructions and a model text. In the communities with their own regional civil law, their rules apply according to civil residence (vecindad civil), and Catalonia has its own model. In Spanish.
