Under the Austrian Tenancy Act (MRG) a court notice to quit for arrears (§ 30 Abs 2 Z 1 MRG), like ending the lease under § 1118 of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB), requires a reminder after the rent fell due that states the arrears specifically. You choose which step follows if the tenant does not pay. The court notice itself is not a letter but is filed at the district court — this is the reminder that must come first. In German.

Austria · in German

It rests on the protection of trade secrets in §§ 26a ff. of the Austrian Unfair Competition Act (UWG): the purpose, what counts as confidential, disclosure only to those who need it, an express ban on reverse engineering samples and prototypes, return and deletion, the term after the talks end and an optional contractual penalty. Both parties are named with their company register number. In German, ready to print and sign.

Payment or debt reduction proposal to a creditor (Spain)

The letter states the amount claimed and the amount offered, the schedule, and makes everything subject to written acceptance stating that, once paid, the debt is settled, with a receipt in full and removal from bad-debtor files. Nothing is paid before that acceptance. Send it by burofax or through the creditor's written channel. In Spanish.

With the creditor's signature, it states that the amount, in words and figures, was received as full payment or as the last instalment, and that the debt is settled with its interest and costs, with nothing more to claim (articles 1110 and 1156 of the Spanish Civil Code). It can list the documents returned and the undertaking to have bad-debtor file entries removed. The signed receipt is handed to the debtor. In Spanish.
Request for a school certificate or school file (France)
France · in French
For a parent, or an adult pupil, who needs a certificate of school attendance (for the CAF, an employer, a grant body), a leaving certificate after a move, the transfer of the school file to the new school, or a copy of the school report book. Application to block registration data from disclosure (Austria)
Austria · in German

The block must be granted where you show a protectable interest to be credible — stalking, violence, threats or a well-founded fear of revenge, for instance — and lasts up to five years, even after you deregister. With your reasons, evidence and any children under 18. In German, ready to print and sign.

The waiver binds for at least five calendar years and can then be revoked only from the start of a later calendar year. The letter names the year of the waiver and the year from which the scheme should apply again, and states that turnover stays within the €25,000 and €100,000 limits. Germany has no ‘VAT deregistration’: this is the route. In German.

Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR (Germany)
Germany · in German

It contains everything Art. 28(3) GDPR requires: subject-matter, duration, nature and purpose, types of data and data subjects, instructions, confidentiality, security, sub-processors, assistance, deletion or return, information and audits, with annexes for the technical and organisational measures and the sub-processors. Free models from supervisory authorities and the European Commission also exist. In German.

Germany · in German

It describes genuinely independent work, without instructions on time, place and method and without integration into the client's organisation, and covers the fee, the small-business VAT rule, the artists' social levy, confidentiality and termination. It states the risk of disguised employment plainly: the facts decide, not the label (§ 7(1) SGB IV). With a choice on the status determination under § 7a SGB IV. In German.
Move-out record on returning a rented home (Greece)
Greece · in Greek
The record a landlord and tenant in Greece sign when the lease ends and the home is handed back: its condition, damage beyond ordinary wear, meter readings, keys, and the settlement of the deposit — how much is kept, why, and when the rest is returned. The landlord's claims for damage lapse six months after taking the home back (Article 602 of the Greek Civil Code), so the record's date and contents carry real weight.
Open-ended employment contract (Greece)
Greece · in Greek
A Greek employment contract with no end date, written for the Labour Law Code (Presidential Decree 62/2025) and the 2025–26 changes: job and duties, place of work, hours, gross pay in figures and words, the holiday bonuses and leave allowance, probation of up to six months and how the contract ends. It gives the essential terms in writing, as the law requires within one week, and sets out the ERGANI II steps: the contract itself is no longer filed, but since 16 February 2026 the employee must accept the hiring notice before starting.
Open-ended employment contract (Cyprus)
Cyprus · in Greek
A written employment contract with no end date for an employee in Cyprus: job and duties, place and hours of work, gross salary in words, payment into a bank account, social insurance, 20 or 24 days' annual leave, probation and termination under the Termination of Employment Law. It gives in writing the terms Law 25(I)/2023 requires the employer to hand over, the core ones within seven days of the start, and protects confidential information without a non-compete clause, which Cypriot law would treat as void.
Handover record for a sold vehicle (Greece)
Greece · in Greek
The record of the moment the buyer took the car: date and hour, odometer reading, fuel, keys, documents, accessories and condition. In Greece it matters more than elsewhere: handover can come days before the digital transfer on gov.gr, the transfer records no handover at all, and until it is done the seller remains the registered owner — and the one fines are sent to. The record proves who had the vehicle, and from when fines and damage are the buyer's — and handover starts the 30 days after which the seller's insurance ends.
Fixed-term home lease (rental agreement) (Romania)
Romania · in Romanian
A Romanian residential tenancy between private individuals for a set period: rent and payment day, deposit, utilities, each side's obligations and a handover record when the home is handed over and returned. It provides for registration with ANAF within 30 days (form C168) — after which it is an enforcement title for the rent under art. 1798 of the Civil Code — and for early termination with the 60 days' notice the law requires.
Application to protect a garnished bank account (Austria)
Austria · in German · for debtors
Your application to the enforcement court in Austria when your bank account has been garnished and your wages, salary, pension or other income that is only partly garnishable is paid into it. Austria has no special protected account: on your application the district court lifts the garnishment under § 292i EO as far as the balance matches the protected part of your income until the next pay date, and if asked, in advance for what you urgently need. With the case number, bank, IBAN, income and pay dates. By post, in person or through JustizOnline — not by e-mail; you can also apply orally at the court. In German.
Resignation letter (Cyprus)
Cyprus · in Greek · for employees
The letter by which an employee in Cyprus resigns and ends the employment contract. It states the notice in weeks and the last working day, asks for the sums due with the final pay and for a certificate of employment, and leaves room for the employer to sign for receipt. Under the Termination of Employment Law the employee owes less notice than the employer: one week after 26 weeks' service, two after 52 and three after 260, and none during probation.
Room rental and house-sharing agreement (Cyprus)
Cyprus · in Greek
For renting a single room in a home in Cyprus where the owner also lives or other rooms are let. It describes the room and the shared areas, sets how the electricity, water and internet bills are split and the house rules, ties the deposit to the move-in and move-out records, and gives the tenant an early-termination clause on written notice. The rent is paid by bank transfer, and since 2026 the agreement needs no stamp duty.
IKE partners' resolution to dissolve and liquidate the company (Greece)
Greece · in Greek
The minutes by which the partners of a Greek private company (IKE) dissolve it, put it into liquidation and appoint a liquidator: the liquidator's details with father's name and AFM, pay, the work from the opening balance sheet to the distribution, the signature accepting the role and authority to file with GEMI. Dissolution needs 2/3 of all the shares, at a meeting called on 8 days' notice or in minutes signed by every partner, and takes effect from its announcement in GEMI. The liquidation ends with a second resolution, approving the closing balance sheet.
