Landlord's out-of-court notice ending a lease and demanding the home back (Greece)
Greece · in Greek
A Greek landlord's out-of-court notice (εξώδικη δήλωση) ending a residential lease and calling on the tenant to hand the home back: for unpaid rent (Article 597 of the Greek Civil Code), at the end of the agreed term, or ending an open-ended lease after three years (Article 609). It is the gateway to a repossession order (Code of Civil Procedure 637), issued by a lawyer since 2026, and counts only if served by a court bailiff — letters and e-mail do not. For unpaid rent it demands payment within 15 days; for the end of the term it must be served at least three months ahead.
Landlord's notice ending a tenancy and demanding possession (Cyprus)
Cyprus · in Greek
A Cypriot landlord's written notice ending the tenancy of a home and demanding possession back: at the end of the agreed term, with the notice an open-ended tenancy requires, or for unpaid rent, with 21 days to pay. It is written for both regimes: in a statutory tenancy, the notice of arrears is the one the Rent Control Law requires before an application to the Rent Control Court; in any other, it opens the way to the District Court.
Flat-share lease with a single lease (France)
Why it matches: You are moving into a shared flat with friends and the landlord offers a single lease for everyone.
France · in French
For a landlord and two to four flatmates who sign one lease, unfurnished or furnished, for their main residence in France. The model contract, compulsory since 1 October 2026, is published free on Légifrance; this French contract follows its headings, with the joint-liability clause: a flatmate who leaves, and his or her guarantor, stay bound until replaced, at most six months after the notice. Rent for the whole home, service charges as advances or a flat sum, optional allocation of rooms. In French, signed by every party.
Receipt for money received (Poland)
Why it matches: You are giving a tenant back the deposit and want a signed receipt.
Poland · in Polish
The receipt a payer can demand from whoever takes the money (art. 462 of the Polish Civil Code) — when repaying a loan, returning a deposit, or paying a price or instalment in cash: who pays and who receives, the amount in words, what it is for, the date and method of payment, and whether it settles the debt or leaves a balance. It is the basic proof of payment when money changes hands directly.
Application to sit a resit examination (Bulgaria)
Why it matches: The resit session is coming up and you need to apply before the deadline to be entered.
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
Sitting a resit is applied for in advance and within the deadline — being entered on the examination record follows from an application, not from turning up in the hall. Give the subject, the examiner and the session exactly as they appear in the curriculum, because a mismatch is the commonest reason an application comes back. Check too whether a fee is payable.
Landlord's demand for an index-linked rent increase (Austria)
Why it matches: Prices have gone up and you have not adjusted your tenant’s rent for a long time.
Austria · in German
The landlord's written demand for a higher rent under the index clause of a lease in Austria: the clause, the index and its values, the percentage, the old and new main rent (Hauptmietzins) and the rent date from which it applies. Since 2026, rents under the Austrian Tenancy Act (MRG), in full or in part, may be adjusted only once a year on 1 April, within the limits of the Rent Indexation Act (MieWeG); under the full MRG the demand must reach the tenant at least 14 days before the rent date and never applies retroactively (§ 16 Abs 9 MRG). Also for leases outside the MRG. In German.
Fixed-term residential lease (Cyprus)
Why it matches: You want a fixed-term tenancy agreement covering rent, deposit, bills and repairs.
Cyprus · in Greek
A Cypriot lease of a home between private individuals for a fixed term: the property, the rent and how it is adjusted, the deposit, bills, each side's duties and the move-in and move-out records. It gives the tenant a break clause after a minimum period, which the law otherwise does not, sets out the 21-day written notice for unpaid rent, and records whether the home falls under the Rent Control Law of 1983, which makes a tenant who stays on after the term a statutory tenant. Since 1 January 2026 a lease no longer needs stamping.
Fixed-term lease of a flat (Austria)
Why it matches: You and your landlord or tenant want to sign a written fixed-term lease for a flat.
Austria · in German
A fixed-term main lease of a flat under Austrian law, as it stands in 2026. It asks first how far the Austrian Tenancy Act (MRG) applies — in full, in part or not at all — and whether the landlord lets as a business: since 1 January 2026 a business landlord must agree at least five years, any other landlord three (§ 29 MRG), and a shorter term makes the lease open-ended. With the main rent, operating costs and VAT, indexation under the Austrian rent indexation act (MieWeG), the deposit under § 16b MRG and the tenant's right to leave after the first year. In German, to print and sign by both parties.
Handover record for a flat on moving in, with inventory and key list (Austria)
Why it matches: You want a move-in handover record with an inventory and key list, signed by landlord and tenant.
Austria · in German
The record a landlord and tenant in Austria fill in and sign together when the tenant moves in: meter readings, keys handed over, the condition of each room, the equipment (bath, WC, heating, boiler) that sets the category and the reference rent under the Austrian Tenancy Act (MRG), known defects noted with rent reduction reserved under the Austrian Civil Code (§ 1096 ABGB), the inventory, the energy certificate and the deposit. It reminds both sides to register within three days. In German, for every Land.
Resolution moving an SRL's registered office (Romania)
Why it matches: The landlord of the company’s current office is ending the lease and the registered office has to move.
Romania · in Romanian
The resolution of the sole member or the general meeting by which a Romanian SRL moves its registered office. The office is written into the articles, so moving it amends them and is the members' decision, not the administrator's. The document approves the new address, states the right to use the premises, amends the articles and empowers someone for the trade register filing.
Rent adjustment agreement for a residential lease (Greece)
Why it matches: Your landlord asked for a higher rent and you agree, as long as the rest of the lease stays the same.
Greece · in Greek
The agreement by which a landlord and tenant in Greece change the rent under an existing residential lease. Greek rent cannot be raised unilaterally: it moves only as the lease's adjustment clause provides or by a new agreement. This one sets the new rent and the date it applies from, confirms that the other terms stand, and obliges the landlord to file an amending declaration with the tax authority (ΑΑΔΕ) by the end of the following month.
Occasional lease agreement (najem okazjonalny) (Poland)
Poland · in Polish
A Polish occasional tenancy for an owner who is a private individual not in the business of letting flats: fixed term of at most 10 years, deposit of up to six months' rent. The agreement lists the three compulsory attachments, including the tenant's declaration submitting to enforcement and undertaking to vacate the flat — which must be a notarial deed; without it there is no occasional tenancy. The landlord reports the agreement to the tax office within 14 days.
Move-in handover record and inventory for a rented home (Greece)
Why it matches: You want a move-in handover record attached to the lease so the deposit can be settled fairly at move-out.
Greece · in Greek
The record a landlord and tenant in Greece sign when the home is handed over: the condition of each room, an inventory of furniture and equipment, the electricity, water, gas and heating meter readings, the keys, and any defects already there. It is attached to the lease and is the main proof of the starting condition: the home is compared with it at move-out to decide what is ordinary wear and what may be kept from the deposit.
Lease of a room in a shared flat (Italy)
Italy · in Italian
For someone letting a room in a shared flat in Italy, and for the person renting it: a partial lease at a free rent on the 4+4 terms of Italian Law no. 431 of 9 December 1998, describing the room, the parts of the home used in common and how bills and shared costs are split, with the rent, a deposit of up to three months' rent with interest, the six-month exit for serious reasons and the choice on the cedolare secca tax. The landlord registers it with the Agenzia delle Entrate within thirty days using the free RLI form. In Italian.
Open-ended lease of a flat (Austria)
Why it matches: You want an open-ended rental agreement covering rent, running costs and the deposit.
Austria · in German
An open-ended main lease of a flat under Austrian law, as it stands in 2026. It asks first whether the Austrian Tenancy Act (MRG) applies in full, in part or not at all (§ 1 MRG) and sets notice accordingly: the tenant gives one month's notice to the end of a month, in writing and signed; under full or partial application the landlord can end the lease only through the court and for a serious ground (§§ 30, 33 MRG), and without a reason only where the Act does not apply. With the main rent, operating costs and VAT, indexation under the Austrian rent indexation act (MieWeG) and the deposit under § 16b MRG. In German, to print and sign.
Room rental and house-sharing agreement (Greece)
Why it matches: You want a room rental agreement that ties the deposit to the room’s condition at move-in and move-out.
Greece · in Greek
For renting a single room in a Greek home where the owner also lives or other rooms are let. It describes the room and the shared areas, sets how the bills are split and the house rules, ties the deposit to the move-in and move-out records, and gives the tenant an early-termination clause. Like any lease, the landlord declares it to the Greek tax authority (ΑΑΔΕ), and the rent is paid only into a bank account, as Greek Law 5222/2025 will require.
Garage or parking space rental agreement (Bulgaria)
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
Letting a garage or a parking space works differently from letting a home: what matters is the number of the space, how access is given, and what may be done inside. The contract limits use to parking, rules out storing flammable materials and carrying out repairs, and lists the keys, fobs and remotes handed over, which are returned when it ends.
Fixed-term flat lease (rental agreement) (Poland)
Poland · in Polish
A Polish residential tenancy between private individuals for a set period: rent, deposit, utilities, each side's obligations and a handover record when the flat is handed over and returned. Under Polish law a fixed-term tenancy cannot be ended early except in the cases the agreement names, so this one names them. It is an ordinary tenancy; an occasional tenancy (najem okazjonalny), with the tenant's declaration before a notary, is a separate document.
Receipt for money paid between private individuals (Cyprus)
Why it matches: You are paying back a friend’s loan in cash in Cyprus and want proof that you paid.
Cyprus · in Greek
A receipt by which a private individual in Cyprus confirms receiving money from another: the sum in figures and words, what it is for, the date and method of payment, and whether it settles the whole debt or is a payment on account, with the balance left. Useful for repaying a loan, returning a deposit, selling an item or any cash payment, which otherwise leaves no trace. It is signed by the person receiving the money, and since 2026 needs no stamp duty.
Unpaid leave agreement (Greece)
Why it matches: Your employee asked for unpaid leave and you have agreed on the dates and the return to the same job.
Greece · in Greek
The agreement by which a Greek employer and employee set up unpaid leave: the period, the return date, the suspension of work and pay while the employment contract continues, and the return to the same job. In Greece such leave is granted only by an individual written agreement, for up to a year (art. 62 of Law 4808/2021) — the employer is not obliged to grant it — and the agreement must be filed in ERGANI II before the leave starts. That is why it is a document for both to sign, not a mere request.
Dispute of an unauthorised payment transaction (Bulgaria)
Why it matches: You want to dispute an unauthorised payment and ask your bank to refund the money.
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
Where a payment was not made or authorised by you, tell the bank at once — delay shifts the risk onto you. The dispute describes the transaction by date, amount and payee, says where the card was at that moment, and asks for the money back. File it in writing with a reference number, even if you have already phoned the call centre.
Request for an employment certificate for nursery or kindergarten (Bulgaria)
Why it matches: Your kindergarten application came back because the employer’s certificate lacked a stamp or a reference number.
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
In the admissions ranking for a nursery or kindergarten, working parents prove their employment with a certificate from the employer. It is most often sent back not over its content but over a missing formality. So this request spells out what the certificate must carry: the employer's company number, an outgoing reference number, a date, a signature and a stamp. File it early — the rankings have deadlines, the payroll office does not.
Owner's consent for address registration (Bulgaria)
Why it matches: Your address registration was handed back at the counter because the owner’s consent was missing.
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
When you register at an address that is not yours, the municipality asks for the owner's written consent. This is that document. It goes in together with the application for a permanent or current address, and without it the counter returns the whole file. If the owner will not be coming to the counter in person with their ID card, the signature has to be notarised — which is why most people end up going twice.
Application to change a surname or first name (Austria)
Why it matches: You want to apply to the district authority or Magistrat for a change of surname or first name.
Austria · in German
Only for Austrian citizens, and for stateless people and refugees living in Austria: the written application for a change of name under Austria's Name Change Act (NÄG), to the district authority (Bezirkshauptmannschaft) or Magistrat where you live — in Vienna, municipal department MA 63: for the surname, the first name or both, with your details, the name you want and your reasons. In Austria, simply wishing for another surname is a ground of its own (§ 2(1) no. 11 NÄG). Returning to an earlier surname after a divorce is instead a declaration at the registry office. In German, ready to print and sign.
