Complaint about a package holiday not as agreed (Spain)
For a person who booked a package holiday in Spain or with a Spanish organiser (flight and hotel, a cruise or an agency package) that did not go as agreed: a different hotel, excursions that did not happen, missing services. The letter claims from the organiser or the agency a price reduction for the days affected and compensation for damage (arts. 161 and 162 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, TRLGDCU), and invites it to negotiate as Spanish Organic Law 1/2025 requires before suing. Send it by burofax with certified content to the organiser or the agency that sold the trip. In Spanish.

For a self-employed person or business whose invoices another business in Spain will not pay: a Spanish demand for the principal, the late-payment interest and the 40 euros per invoice of Spain's Law 3/2004, with the invitation to negotiate within thirty days that Organic Law 1/2025 requires before a court claim, including the payment-order procedure (monitorio). Sent by burofax with certified content and acknowledgement of receipt, proving what was sent and when. In Spanish.
Personal invitation letter and accommodation undertaking (Spain)
The official invitation letter (carta de invitación) is applied for in person by the host at the police station where they live, paying the fee on form 790 code 012 (Spanish Order PRE/1283/2007); DocMuse does not sell it. This Spanish document, in Spanish, only accompanies it: the host's personal letter to the Spanish embassy or consulate, with the relationship, purpose and dates of the visit, the home and the costs the host covers. It does not replace the official letter. Sign it and send it to the guest, who files it with the visa application.
General application to a public body (Spain)
This can be done free of charge on the electronic office and at the counters of each Spanish public body, with its own general application form (instancia general); you do not need DocMuse for it. This Spanish document, in Spanish, is an application with the content article 66 of Spanish Law 39/2015 asks for — your details, how to notify you, facts, request, place, date, signature and the body addressed — for any request to a ministry, a regional government or a town hall that has no form of its own. File it through a registry or at a post office as administrative mail.
Letter of complaint to a public body (Spain)
This can be done free of charge on the body's electronic office or at its counters, with its own complaints and suggestions form; you do not need DocMuse for it. This Spanish document, in Spanish, is the complaint about how a public service works — waiting times, treatment, unanswered letters, mistakes — sent to the body itself: it sets out the facts with dates and the office, and asks to be told what is done. In the Spanish State administration the unit answers within twenty working days. File it through a registry or at a post office.
Complaint to a phone, internet or TV operator (Spain)
For a customer of a mobile, landline, broadband or TV operator in Spain who disputes a bill, a lock-in period, a fault or a service not provided as agreed. The letter files the complaint in writing, asks for the reference number the operator must give, and makes the attempt to negotiate that Spanish Organic Law 1/2025 requires before suing. If there is no satisfactory answer within a month, the Spanish Telecoms User Office (OAUT) decides free of charge. Send it by burofax with certified content. In Spanish.

For two private individuals in Spain with a dispute over money or a contract (a debt, damage, a sale, building work) who settle it without a lawsuit, each giving something up (article 1809 of the Spanish Civil Code). It is a form with fields: the matter, what each side gives or does and by when, the payment and the account, and the waiver of further claims on that matter. It records that the agreement was reached in a negotiation under Organic Law 1/2025 and that either side may have it made into a notarial deed. Not for employment or family matters. Signed in two copies. In Spanish.
Demand for payment with an invitation to negotiate (Spain)
For a private person in Spain who is owed money (a loan, a sale, work done) and wants to claim it before going to court. The letter states the amount in words and figures and where it comes from, asks for payment by bank transfer and invites the debtor to negotiate on that same debt, with the thirty days required since 3 April 2025 by Organic Law 1/2025: without that attempt, a claim is not admitted. It also interrupts limitation (article 1973 of the Spanish Civil Code). It is sent by burofax with certified content and proof of delivery. In Spanish.

It gives the dates and the reason, asks for the absence to be treated as justified under the school's rules, and asks what work to catch up on. It is not for absences through illness, which are justified as the school says. Hand it over, put it in the pupil's planner or send it through the school's app.

The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) publishes free forms for exercising these rights: you do not need DocMuse for it. It exercises, before the data controller, the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), erasure (Article 17) or objection (Article 21), as you choose, names the data and the reason, and recalls the one-month deadline and that it is free. It points out that the holder may close at any time, that the bank must do so within 24 hours, and that it is free if the account is open-ended or over six months old (article 32 of Spain's Royal Decree-Law 19/2018). Hand it in at the branch against a stamped copy, or send it by burofax. In Spanish.

Depending on what the decision states, it is the prior claim under Article 71 of Spanish Law 36/2011 or an administrative appeal under Law 39/2015; you set out your grounds and enclose the evidence. File it at any public registry office or a post office within the decision's deadline.

Both parties sign two copies. The borrower declares the loan, free of charge, to the regional tax office with form 600 or its regional equivalent. In Spanish.
