A Polish residential tenancy with no fixed end date: rent, deposit, utilities, each side's obligations, handover records when the flat is handed over and returned, and the tenant's notice period. The landlord cannot end it at will — only on the grounds in art. 11 of the tenants' protection act, in writing and with the reason given — and the agreement says so plainly rather than promising a freedom the law does not give.

Service agreement (Bulgaria)
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
For ongoing work with no clear end product: consultancy, maintenance, bookkeeping, training, a support retainer. It differs from a contract for work in that what is owed is an activity rather than a result — so what is agreed here is scope, frequency and response time, not the acceptance of a finished thing. Agree what is expressly outside the scope as well.
Garage or parking space rental agreement (Bulgaria)
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian
Letting a garage or a parking space works differently from letting a home: what matters is the number of the space, how access is given, and what may be done inside. The contract limits use to parking, rules out storing flammable materials and carrying out repairs, and lists the keys, fobs and remotes handed over, which are returned when it ends.
Notice of resignation (Art. 326 of the Labour Code) (Bulgaria)
Bulgaria · in Bulgarian · for employees
When you leave of your own accord, the law wants written notice — not a conversation and not an email. This document puts it in the form Art. 326(1) of the Labour Code requires, states the notice period and names your last working day, so there is no argument about when the contract ends. The period is thirty days unless your contract says otherwise, and by law it cannot exceed three months.

Austria · in German · for consumers
A letter to the payee in Austria — gym, insurer, club, online shop or collection agency — revoking your SEPA direct debit mandate, still often called an Einziehungsauftrag in Austria. It gives the mandate reference, the creditor ID and your IBAN, forbids further debits once it is received and says how payment continues: you transfer the money yourself, the contract has ended, or you pay from another account. Revoking the mandate ends neither the contract nor a debt. A debit taken anyway is unauthorised, and your bank refunds it under the Austrian Payment Services Act (§§ 65, 67 ZaDiG 2018). In German.
Request for an employment reference (Austria)
Austria · in German · for employees

In German, to print and sign.
