Do I have a right to work from home if I ask for it?

There is no default right — remote work is agreed. The application is a proposal, and accepting it is put into effect by an amendment to the employment contract, because the place of work is an essential term of it.

Who provides the computer and the internet?

It is agreed, which is exactly why the application has a field for equipment. As a rule the employer provides the means of work or covers the cost; if you are using your own, that has to be written down too, so that there is no argument later.

Can the employer bring me back to the office?

Does my pay change?

No. Remote work is a change of place, not of the volume or the value of the work. If the employer is also proposing a change in pay, that is a separate matter and is judged separately.
