Move-out record on returning a rented home (Greece)
The record a landlord and tenant in Greece sign when the lease ends and the home is handed back: its condition, damage beyond ordinary wear, meter readings, keys, and the settlement of the deposit — how much is kept, why, and when the rest is returned. The landlord's claims for damage lapse six months after taking the home back (Article 602 of the Greek Civil Code), so the record's date and contents carry real weight.
IKE partners' resolution appointing and removing the manager (Greece)
The minutes by which the partners of a Greek private company (IKE) appoint a new manager (diacheiristis) and, where needed, remove the previous one: the manager's details with father's name and AFM, term, pay, any special rules on their powers, the signature accepting the role and authority to file with GEMI. The manager must be an individual, partner or not, and is appointed by a majority of all the shares, at a meeting called on 8 days' notice or in minutes signed by every partner.
Move-in handover record and inventory for a rented home (Greece)
The record a landlord and tenant in Greece sign when the home is handed over: the condition of each room, an inventory of furniture and equipment, the electricity, water, gas and heating meter readings, the keys, and any defects already there. It is attached to the lease and is the main proof of the starting condition: the home is compared with it at move-out to decide what is ordinary wear and what may be kept from the deposit.
IKE partners' resolution moving the seat to another municipality (Greece)
The minutes by which the partners of a Greek private company (IKE) move its seat to another municipality and amend the article of the articles of association that names it: the new municipality and address, the right to use the premises, the article's new wording, the vote and authority to file with GEMI, the Greek business register. The amendment needs 2/3 of all shares and is decided at a meeting called on 8 days' notice, or without a meeting only if every partner signs. A new address in the same municipality needs no amendment unless the articles give the street and number.
Handover record for an item left for repair (Greece)
The record that customer and repairer sign in Greece when a phone, a computer, a bicycle or an appliance is left for repair: the item and its serial number, the accessories, the fault reported, its visible condition, the estimated cost and time. A repair is a contract for work under the Greek Civil Code (art. 681): the repairer owes the result, and the record says what that result is and that any work beyond the estimate needs the customer's consent. At the end it has room for collection after the repair.
Handover record for a sold vehicle (Greece)
The record of the moment the buyer took the car: date and hour, odometer reading, fuel, keys, documents, accessories and condition. In Greece it matters more than elsewhere: handover can come days before the digital transfer on gov.gr, the transfer records no handover at all, and until it is done the seller remains the registered owner — and the one fines are sent to. The record proves who had the vehicle, and from when fines and damage are the buyer's — and handover starts the 30 days after which the seller's insurance ends.
Acknowledgment of debt (Greece)
A debtor's written statement in Greece acknowledging owing a creditor a set sum: what for, by when and how it will be paid. The Greek Civil Code requires writing (art. 873), and the acknowledgment interrupts limitation (art. 260). With a certain sum, a fixed due date and both signatures, it is the private document a payment order is sought on. It also says who pays the 3.6% digital transaction duty where it is owed: the debtor.
IKE partners' minutes approving the annual accounts and profit distribution (Greece)
The minutes by which the partners of a Greek private company (IKE) approve the year's annual financial statements and decide on distributing the profit or dealing with the loss: the financial year, balance-sheet total, net result, the distribution, the vote and authority to file with GEMI. The partners must decide by the 10th day of the 9th month after the year ends, at a meeting called on 8 days' notice or, without a meeting, only if every partner signs.
IKE partners' resolution approving the closing liquidation balance sheet (Greece)
The minutes by which the partners of a Greek private company (IKE) in liquidation approve the closing balance sheet and the liquidator's work, decide how what remains is shared, discharge the liquidator, name who keeps the books and ask for the company to be struck off. Without this approval the IKE is not deleted from GEMI, the Greek business register. It is taken at a meeting called on 8 days' notice or in minutes signed by every partner.
IKE partners' resolution to dissolve and liquidate the company (Greece)
The minutes by which the partners of a Greek private company (IKE) dissolve it, put it into liquidation and appoint a liquidator: the liquidator's details with father's name and AFM, pay, the work from the opening balance sheet to the distribution, the signature accepting the role and authority to file with GEMI. Dissolution needs 2/3 of all the shares, at a meeting called on 8 days' notice or in minutes signed by every partner, and takes effect from its announcement in GEMI. The liquidation ends with a second resolution, approving the closing balance sheet.
