Room rental agreement (Romania)
For renting a single room in a Romanian home — one the owner lives in, or where other rooms are let too. The agreement describes the room, the shared areas and the house rules, sets how utilities are split, and ties the deposit to a handover record. Like any Romanian tenancy, it is registered with ANAF within 30 days.
Open-ended home rental agreement (Romania)
A Romanian residential tenancy between private individuals with no end date: rent, deposit, utilities, each side's obligations and a handover record. Either side may end it with at least 60 days' written notice, and the rent changes only by a signed addendum. It provides for registration with ANAF within 30 days (form C168), which makes it an enforcement title for the rent.
Fixed-term home rental agreement (Romania)
A Romanian residential tenancy between private individuals for a set period: rent and payment day, deposit, utilities, each side's obligations and a handover record when the home is handed over and returned. It provides for registration with ANAF within 30 days (form C168) — after which it is an enforcement title for the rent under art. 1798 of the Civil Code — and for early termination with the 60 days' notice the law requires.
Occasional tenancy agreement (najem okazjonalny)
A Polish occasional tenancy for an owner who is a private individual not in the business of letting flats: fixed term of at most 10 years, deposit of up to six months' rent. The agreement lists the three compulsory attachments, including the tenant's declaration submitting to eviction — which must be a notarial deed; without it there is no occasional tenancy. The landlord reports the agreement to the tax office within 14 days.
Room rental agreement
A Polish agreement for renting a single room in a flat whose other rooms are shared: which room, which common areas the tenant may use, the rent and what it covers, the deposit, the rules of living together and the notice period. With a room, disputes are usually about utilities and shared space, so the agreement has them written in rather than left for later.
Fixed-term flat rental agreement
A Polish residential tenancy between private individuals for a set period: rent, deposit, utilities, each side's obligations and a handover record when the flat is handed over and returned. Under Polish law a fixed-term tenancy cannot be ended early except in the cases the agreement names, so this one names them. It is an ordinary tenancy; an occasional tenancy (najem okazjonalny), with the tenant's declaration before a notary, is a separate document.
Open-ended flat rental agreement
A Polish residential tenancy with no fixed end date: rent, deposit, utilities, each side's obligations, handover records when the flat is handed over and returned, and the tenant's notice period. The landlord cannot end it at will — only on the grounds in art. 11 of the tenants' protection act, in writing and with the reason given — and the agreement says so plainly rather than promising a freedom the law does not give.
Commercial lease
For a shop, a studio, a warehouse or an office. What sets it apart from a residential lease is purpose: the premises are taken for a particular activity, the permits for that activity are the tenant's, and any improvements the tenant makes have to be agreed in advance — otherwise they stay with the property and are not paid for. The contract settles all three separately.
Garage or parking space rental agreement
Letting a garage or a parking space works differently from letting a home: what matters is the number of the space, how access is given, and what may be done inside. The contract limits use to parking, rules out storing flammable materials and carrying out repairs, and lists the keys, fobs and remotes handed over, which are returned when it ends.
Car rental agreement between private individuals
The contract for letting out a passenger car between private individuals. The terms that are usually missing, and that later cause the argument, are separate clauses here: who is allowed to drive the car, how far it may be taken, whose account the fuel is on, and who pays the fines for offences committed during the term — including the ones that arrive months later.
Residential tenancy agreement
The full tenancy agreement between private individuals: what is let, for how long, at what rent, who pays the utilities and how it is brought to an end. The deposit is tied to a handover record, which is the one thing that later settles an argument about whose it is. The agreement provides for a record both on moving in and on moving out.
