The notice in which a subscriber in Moldova ends a phone, internet or television contract with the provider and, where needed, complains about the service: the contract, the service, the end date, the reasons and the equipment to return. The contract ends on the chosen date or when the contract's own notice runs out, if that is later. If the provider does not resolve the complaint, the next step is ARCOM, the communications regulator. It is handed in for registration or sent by registered post.

Common questions
- Can a phone or internet contract in Moldova be ended before its minimum term?
- The notice period and any charges for ending before the minimum term are the ones in your contract, so read them before choosing the date. The notice ends the contract on the date you choose or when the contract's own notice runs out, if that is later. If the provider asks for sums you believe are not owed, dispute them in writing, and if it does not cancel them, turn to ARCOM, the regulator.
- Where can a subscriber in Moldova complain if a telecom provider does nothing?
- To the National Agency for Communications Regulation (ARCOM), the name the former ANRCETI has had since 1 January 2026. Write to the provider first; if it does not answer or the answer is not acceptable, file a petition with ARCOM in person, by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, or electronically with an electronic signature, attaching a copy of your complaint. After that, the court remains open.
- How can a Moldovan subscriber prove the termination notice was sent?
- Hand two copies in at the provider's office and ask for the registration number and date to be written on yours, or send the notice through Poșta Moldovei by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. By e-mail, sign it with a qualified electronic signature (MSign or a mobile signature). Return the equipment against a handover note signed by the provider.
