Notice of defects in a rented home, with a rent reduction request (Romania)
The notice in which a tenant in Romania tells the landlord about defects in the home — a broken installation, damp, heating that does not work — and asks for them to be fixed by a set date. Because the defects reduce the use of the home, it also asks for a proportionate rent reduction, under the landlord's warranty in arts. 1790–1791 of the Civil Code.

The request in which a tenant in Romania asks the landlord's written consent to sublet the home or part of it: to whom, what exactly and for how long. The document ends with a section in which the landlord gives consent by signing, so the request and the answer stay on the same sheet.

The record made at move-out, when the tenant hands a Romanian rented home back: its condition, any damage beyond ordinary wear, the meter readings, the keys returned and the deposit — the amount paid, how much is kept and why, and when the rest is returned. Demand for the return of a rental deposit (Romania)
The letter in which a former tenant in Romania demands back a deposit the landlord has not returned. It is written as a summons under art. 1015 of the Code of Civil Procedure — with 15 days to pay — so that, sent by registered post with declared contents and acknowledgment of receipt, it opens the way to a payment order if the money is not returned.
Rent change addendum to a rental agreement (Romania)
The addendum by which a landlord and tenant change the rent under an existing Romanian tenancy. The rent cannot be raised unilaterally: the new amount, the date it applies from and the confirmation that the rest of the agreement stands are signed by both. The landlord registers the change with ANAF within 30 days on form C168.
Move-in handover record for a rented home (Romania)
The record made at move-in, when the landlord hands a Romanian rented home to the tenant: the condition of each room, the furnishings handed over, the electricity, gas, water and heating meter readings, the number of keys and any visible defects. It is an annex to the rental agreement and the main proof of the home's condition at the start — the one that decides, at move-out, what may be kept from the deposit.

An open-ended agreement can be ended with at least 60 days' notice; a fixed-term one only if the agreement allows it, and only for the housing needs of the landlord or their family. The notice states the reason, the end date and how the home and keys are to be handed back.
Tenant's notice ending a rental agreement (Romania)
The notice by which a tenant ends a Romanian residential tenancy. The Civil Code lets a tenant end even a fixed-term agreement with at least 60 days' notice, and a clause setting a shorter period has no effect. The notice gives the end date, proposes a date to hand the home back against a handover record, and asks for the deposit to be returned.
Room rental agreement (Romania)
For renting a single room in a Romanian home — one the owner lives in, or where other rooms are let too. The agreement describes the room, the shared areas and the house rules, sets how utilities are split, and ties the deposit to a handover record. It provides for registration with ANAF within 30 days (form C168) — after which it is an enforcement title for the rent under art. 1798 of the Civil Code — and for early termination with the 60 days' notice the law requires.
